Biting the Hands that Feed Them; Good Samaritan AZ Rancher Gunned Down by Illegal Alien Thugs:

Biting the Hands that Feed Them; Good Samaritan AZ Rancher Gunned Down by Illegal Alien Thugs:
By Marc Chamot

"It’s better to learn about Illegal Alien CRIMINALS and their realities while ALIVE, rather than too late DEAD."

Rober Krentz was gunned down while tending to his ranch Saturday morning, police suspect an illegal alien is to blame and a $15,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
Krentz had both a rifle and a revolver, neither of which he used. And both were still with the ATV when his body was found.

Cochise County authorities believe Krentz was killed by an illegal alien who then fled to Mexico. Foot tracks were identified and followed approximately 20 miles south to the Mexico border by county, state and federal authorities.

This is the same rancher, a while back, who made news in the Media, when he proudly said that he went out of his way to help illegal aliens when they crossed the porous Mexican border onto his Arizona ranch.

Instead of tending and helping these lawbreakers, he should have had the old shotgun and rifle pumping HOT lead from the get-go, he’d still be alive today.

People are getting killed and mainly AMERICANS on the border! Other ranchers in the area are being terrorized too, by these Illegal Mexican thugs and criminals, and where’s the Janet Napolitano and Barack Obama administration on border security? They are STILL MISSING in ACTION on the freakin’ border!

Reward Offered for Arrest in Arizona Rancher's Killing
"My father was a very good family man," Krentz told FoxNews.com. "He supported his kids, supported his family. He went out of his way to help anybody we could without regarding to who they were. It didn't matter who they were."

Sue Krentz, Krentz's wife, said she was "pretty overwhelmed" by her husband's death, which coincided with her parents' deteriorating health.

"This is icing on the cake," Krentz said.

In 1999, Krentz and his wife told PBS' Religion & Ethics Newsweekly that the Krentz ranch had been broken into and burglarized of $700 worth of items. Despite the crime, Krentz said he helped any illegal immigrant he could.

"And you know, if they come in and ask for water, I'll still give them water," he said. "I -- you know, that's just my nature."

Locally, Krentz was known as a Good Samaritan who often helped injured illegal immigrants who tried to cross the desert in an area where summer temperatures often hit 120 degrees.

Krentz radioed his brother Phil between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning that he had encountered an illegal immigrant, and was supposed to meet Phil on the ranch at noon, according to sheriff's deputies.

When Krentz didn't show up, the brother called police, and a search team was soon scouring the sprawling desert 15 miles north of the border, near Douglas, Ariz. At around 11 p.m., a state police helicopter found Krentz slumped over his ATV, the engine and lights still on.

Nearby, his dog lay critically wounded, also hit by a bullet. The dog was put down Sunday morning and will be cremated, its ashes spread on the property along with Krentz's. Tracker dogs have now followed the tracks of the killer back into Mexico, some 15 miles south.
Police have several scenarios of what might have occurred.

One, a drug cartel scout, the Chirachua Mountain in southeast Arizona is 11,000 feet tall, rugged and remote. It is a popular drug corridor and the killer may have been clearing the way for a load of drugs moving north when Krentz surprised him.

Two, the suspect belonged to a band of thieves terrorizing the remote ranches spattered around the area — an idea supported by other ranchers.

"Two days earlier a 9mm and a 9mm Glock had been stolen from a home in Portal," said rancher Roger Barnett. "There is no way to know for sure it was the murder weapon. But the bullet the killed Rob and his dog was a 9mm."

Three, retaliations, the day before the killing, Krentz's brother Phil stopped a caravan of illegal immigrants carrying 280 pounds of marijuana. All eight were arrested by the border patrol and the pot was impounded.

The odd part, according to local land owners, is that the killer was apparently alone. Illegal immigrants crossing the border usually hire coyotes to help them pass and travel in groups or 5, 10, 20 or more.

"I think Rob came to help this guy, and the moment he put that telephone to his ear, he was shot," said rancher Richard Humphries, who lives in nearby Elfrida. "It's happened to me. They don't want you to call the border patrol."

Healthcare Overhauls May Cost Californian Taxpayers Billions; Says Health & Human Services:

Healthcare Overhauls May Cost Californian Taxpayers Billions; Says Health & Human Services:
By Marc Chamot

The passing of President Obama’s healthcare, Obamacare, the significant and expensive burden of implementing key provisions, will now cost billions of dollars a year to cash strapped California.

Much of the reform is built on expanding Medicaid, states all over this nation are crunching numbers to determine how it will affect their budgets, and the news isn’t good at all. The Council of State Governments estimates that Obamacare will cost the states over 25 billion dollars in a decade.

In California alone, the state’s Health and Human Services anticipates it will cost two to three billion dollars a year in additional costs, beginning in 2018 when federal subsidies expire. When faced with almost 25 billion dollar deficits this year, it’s going to cripple the state financially. This is not counting the financial stakes that the federal government has undertaken to get this bill moving forward.

It will cost Californians one billion dollars just to administer those new changes. Seven million Californians are on Medicaid-Medi-Cal, they estimate that 1.5 to 1.6 million more will enter the program under the federal mandates. Half of the 32 million will begin to receive the newly expanded Medicaid program.

I will say this about the Obamacare crap shoot, it was risky, if it succeeds; Democrats will be riding high behind it for years to come.

But, if it fails, and if it becomes a financial burden to the feds and state taxpayers, if people don’t get the immediate medical care like it promised, and if people begin to die because of lack of services or they have to wait for life saving surgical care and so forth, it will be the Democratic Party’s death knell.

But the odds are dead against for Obamacare being successful.

Constitutional Dilemma; Forcing People to BUY, pay TAXES & FINES for Obamacare & Profiteering the Pharmaceutical & Medical Industries, is illegal:

Constitutional Dilemma; Forcing People to BUY, pay TAXES & FINES for Obamacare & Profiteering the Pharmaceutical & Medical Industries, is extremely illegal:
By Marc Chamot

“A citizen’s health is a PRIVATE MATTER and the Government has NO business in it.” Franklin Pierce, the 14th President of the United States of America.

In reanalyzing Obamacare, if the Supreme Court overturns the enforcements aspects of Obamacare, the purchasing of insurance by force for the profit of some medical care groups, will doom Obamacare, with no real enforcements measures to make it work.

California Republicans senate are asking AG Jerry Brown, to file a lawsuit against Obamacare as other states have done, on the grounds that congress cannot force people to buy products, services, and or even health insurance.

I don’t think this liberal, and a governor wannabe is going to do it. Asking a panderer to the unions and a liberal left to go against Obamacare is too much, this is another reason why he trails in the polls to Republican Meg Whitman.

I just want to reiterate again my position having the federal government forcing people to carry and buy medical policies, by fines, threats of imprisonments, and with bank accounts garnishments, for the purpose in profiting the medical and pharmaceutical industries is wrong.

In other words, Obamacare/Congress ordering people to BUY, pay TAXES & FINES for health insurance, for the benefit of the medical and pharmaceutical industries is extremely illegal; the Supreme Court must throw this out of the Obamacare bill.

“Congress’ power to “regulate” interstate commerce has never been interpreted to include forcing individuals to engage in commerce against their will and buy a good or service from the private sector simply because they are living here. And the Supreme Court has ruled that there are some outer limits on governmental taxing authority when the main purpose is to punish or deter behavior rather than to collect revenues.”

I don’t see the court throwing out the whole bill; but maybe the courts could help redirect congress and this president to come up with a better enforcement alternative, within the constitution, to enforce this healthcare resolution.

If the Supreme Court refuses to comply with the constitution, states must push for more resolutions, choosing to ignore this illegal federal mandate, actually the Senate version that was voted, gives the states that right.

FBI, IRS & the Secret Service, Local/State Law Enforcement Agencies; Setting Up False Profiles on Social Networks to Ensnare You:

Watch Out! Feds are spying on YOU! FBI, IRS & the Secret Service, Local/State Law Enforcement Agencies; Setting Up False Profiles on Social Networks to Ensnare You:
By Marc Chamot & Source: Richard Lardner AP

So, when one day you get a fine looking cutie or a very handsome guy, requesting to join your Facebook page, it might just be government, wanting to know more about you and your friends who’d joined your site.

The Feds, local and state law enforcement agencies, are setting up false profiles on Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace to nab people. They decided to follow and join the very popular social networking sites, to find incriminative information on you or your friends.

They’ve found that chat rooms to be so passé and bland, but social networks are feeding frenzies for incriminative information.

They are going undercover with false online profiles and communicate with suspects or other violators, and possibly snare innocent people, like ones who publicly broadcast, “OMG, I’m late filing my taxes!” Uh-uh, very sneaky.

They will engage in very personal conversations with you, they will entrap you to reveal private information that you shouldn’t, about yourself and others.

According to a justice department document, it offers a glimpse of issues related to privacy and crime fighting.

These documents were obtained by Freedom of Information Act lawsuits, it makes it very clear that law enforcement agents are already logging and spying. They are actively communicating and exchanging messages with people, and suspects, they identify targets’ of friends and relatives.

They are also browsing for private information, profiles and postings, photographs and video clips. The IRS uses it to see folks who file for taxes, those that show photos of their expensive jewelry, and fancy cars, to initiate audits. And the FBI uses it to catch felons who are posing with guns.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation out of San Francisco, the organization which, I vividly promote on my blogs, a civil liberties group, obtained these documents after they sued.

The biggest problem about all of this, these government agencies don’t discuss, nor have the mechanisms in place, for accountability and for ensuring that government uses these tools responsibly, says Marcia Hoffman of EFF.

Special Note: Just the other day, a good friend said to me, “Marc, you should change your logo to Don’t Tread on me, because you’re really sticking it to government with your writing.”
That’s because I’m not afraid of the feds, judges, local and state government.

I am clean as a whistle, I have no police record, I have never been charged with felonies, and believe me, according to my statcounter, I’ve seen hundreds of government IP addresses, going into my blogs, from Department of Homeland Security to the U.S. Justice Department, they see me as a loose canon, and one with a very loud voice that they cannot shut down.

According to popular misconceptions, I’m not anti-government, I’m anti-corruption, there’s a big difference between the two. This government of ours has become overly dirty and very corrupt.

And I write what I think about, because I can. I pity the government fools that try to shut me down. But unfortunately, when someone has some judicial problems, it takes real common sense to be careful as to what they post on the Net.

The Bottom Line:

I am more concerned about keeping my readership, rather than what the Feds, local/state governments will do to me. The net is no place for criminal activities; it’s a place for venting freedom of speeches.

Even though I get angry at times, one must learn to refrain from being libelous or threatening; it’s a form of self control that you need to have, and especially if you want to keep your freedom of speech alive on the NET and government OFF your Back!

DHS Chief Janet Napolitano’s Big Lie; Claims Border’s Secured, but San Francisco Seeing More Formerly Deported Criminal Youths Re-Offend:

DHS Chief Janet Napolitano’s Big Lie; Claims Border’s Secured, but San Francisco Seeing More Formerly Deported Criminal Youths Re-Offend:
By Marc Chamot

Department of Homeland Insecurity Chief, Janet Napolitano on November 13th 2009, said that the border with Mexico was more secured. Well obviously, if you ask the head of San Francisco’s juvenile Probation Department, William Siffermann, he’s got another story to tell.

According to him, not so much in his own words, but has proof that Napolitano’s speech was all, one big LIE.

The city has been reporting criminal undocumented youths, especially after the Edwin Ramos case, an illegal alien gangbanger who gunned down a father and his two sons in San Francisco.

Of those who have been suspected or involved in felonies, they had reported 107 to ICE.

Several of these youths have returned to San Francisco, from their home countries after being deported by the Feds, to re-offend again. Apparently 17 of these youths have slipped back across the border; they have come back into the life of crime in this lovely sanctuary city by the Bay.

Obviously, when they heard of San Francisco’s newest insane policies, authored by the loony leftist supervisor on the board, and a former illegal immigrant himself, David Campos, a policy not to turn over criminal youths to ICE, unless they were found guilty for felonies.

They heard of it, and they are coming here, running. This is exactly what happens when one becomes too soft on crime, criminal illegal aliens, they will bring havoc to your city and its law abiding citizens.

The open borders and amnesty groups are at it again. They have chosen March 21st to demonstrate nationally, La Marcha por America, The Marching for America; they want to force the president and the Democrats to push for comprehensive immigration reforms, like amnesty for illegal aliens, whether most of us Americans like it or not.

They are coming with messages saying; four out of every ten Latinos/Hispanics are being openly discriminated upon and maltreated because of their illegal statuses. Duh, well gee; I guess if they become legal, it would then make it all right, right?

The march is being organized by about 700 pro-open borders/amnesty organizations; it will target Washington DC, and other major cities and states in America. States from California, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, New York and Texas are major target areas.

I urge my fellow Americans to show these fine folks, we don’t take too kindly with border jumpers, and illegal immigrants demanding rights they don’t have in this sovereign’s nation, what we call the United States of America.

Utah Asserts More State Rights; Telling Feds to "Get Screwed!" & Harry Reid’s Trojan horse, Nevada’s Tea Party Jon Ashjian:

Utah Asserts More State Rights; Telling Feds to "Get Screwed!" & Harry Reid’s Trojan horse, Nevada’s Tea Party Jon Ashjian:
By Marc Chamot

Harry Reid will do anything to get re-elected, including by possibly, planting a Trojan horse into the Tea Party, to steal votes from the Republican running against him. One of the biggest problem for the national movement of the Tea Party is that they may get infiltrated by Liberal Democrats, to help kill votes for Republicans.

As is the case with Harry Reid’s re-election, the Tea Party candidate is Jon Ashjian, a New York banker. Not much is known about this Trojan horse, but he’s become pretty popular among Nevada Tea Party folks.

Republican Danny Tarkanian says Jon Ashjian’s bid is an effort to split the conservative votes and to confuse Independents and Tea Partiers. He also says that Nevada Tea Partiers have no idea of who he is. He could get twenty percent of the vote and give Reid the victory.

The entire furor is going on at The Nevada News Bureau as we speak. Just watch out Nevadans, this guy has virtually no photos on the NET, and is virtually unknown. Is it worth the risks to have Reid for another disastrous six years over this guy?

Another story that didn’t make national news, and I wasn’t even aware of this story until yesterday. But of-course, the liberal and pro-federalist press didn’t want folks to know about it.

This is the beginning on state rebukes of expanding federalism over state rights, a direct violation of the American constitution. More Midwestern and Southern states may take Utah’s lead, and possibly lead to a landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision, or an even outright defiance.

The Utah Senate has asserted its State’s Rights. Utah Senate asserts states' rights
The Utah Senate on Tuesday rebuked growing federal authority with a resolution asserting states' rights, and some senators arguing for the resolution called their counterparts in Washington "bullies."

The resolution, SCR3, merely states the Legislature's feelings on the federal-state split in duties, but supporters said it could send an important message to the federal government to back off if enough states follow their lead.

"It becomes quite significant if you have 40 or 50 other statements like that," the resolution's sponsor, Sen. Stuart Adams, R-Layton, said after a 40-minute debate led to a 23-3 vote. "I don't believe this is [just] a Utah issue."

It does, however, come amid a barrage of bills and resolutions -- 13 in all -- that the Utah Legislature is firing at Washington this year. Among them are bills to challenge federal regulation of guns, federal control of lands and federal imposition of health care rules. Adams' "state sovereignty" resolution wraps the sentiment into one non-binding message, and it passed with only three Democrats dissenting.

The resolution points to the U.S. Constitution's provision that powers not reserved for the federal government belong to the states. Supporters argued that the Constitution gives Washington control of military and external affairs, but leaves the broadest powers -- civil rights, social welfare and others -- to the states.

Opponents noted the federal government's constitutional authority over interstate commerce, which Congress has used to enact far-reaching laws.

Democrats who argued against the resolution noted that the state balances its budget and cares for its people through Medicare and Medicaid using federal dollars. They also said the federal government's civil rights protections are crucial. Sen. Luz Robles, D-Salt Lake City, credited federal protections with enabling her -- a Latina -- to ascend to the state Senate.

And more anti-federalism WAR is going on:
More states' rights, another states' rights bill targeting federal health reform won committee approval Tuesday en route to the full Senate.

HB67 would require the Legislature and governor to sign off on any health care programs enacted by Congress before they could be implemented in Utah. It passed a Senate panel 4-1.
Democrats have warned the bill could cost the state hundreds of millions in Medicaid funding. Legislative attorneys have also said it may "violate the Supremacy Clause" of the U.S. Constitution and invite a costly lawsuit.

But sponsoring Rep. Carl Wimmer, R-Herriman, contends those costs pale in comparison to cost of "enslaving ourselves" to the federal government.

"What is the cost of liberty and of sovereignty?" Wimmer asked rhetorically.

Colleen LaRose, AKA JihadJane; American Volunteers for Islamic Jihad on Internet & Cash Strapped San Francisco, uses Taxpayer Moneys to Bailout LGBT

Colleen LaRose, AKA JihadJane; American Volunteers for Islamic Jihad on Internet & Cash Strapped San Francisco, uses Taxpayer Moneys to Bailout LGBT Center:
By Marc Chamot

Today is Warped News Day & the too CuCu for Cocoa Puffs awards go to:

A Philadelphia American suburban woman, possibly bored with her life’s useless accomplishments, was so desperate to do something to help the poor suffering Jihadist Muslims.

Colleen R. LaRose was charged for using the Internet for terroristic purposes and to recruit other American Jihadists fighters, to help Muslim extremists abroad kill people, and possibly Americans here.

This case shows how some ignorant, feeble minded and gullible Americans fall prey to Muslim radical recruitments over the Internet.

A federal indictment has charged Colleen R. LaRose, who went by the name of JihadJane online; she had agreed to go to Sweden, to kill a Swedish citizen on orders from some terrorist organization.

Muslim convert Colleen LaRose, aka Jihad Jane, faces terror charges
“LaRose, who also called herself Fatima LaRose online, allegedly posted a comment on YouTube in June 2008 saying she wanted to help "the suffering Muslim people".

According to the indictment filed in a federal court in Pennsylvania she sent emails to unnamed co-conspirators offering to become a martyr as well as to use her American background to avoid detection.

The indictment accuses LaRose of agreeing in March 2009 to marry a co-conspirator from a south Asian country who was trying to obtain residency in Europe. He is alleged to have urged her to go to Sweden, find the unnamed Swedish man "and kill him". The indictment claims she tried to raise money over the internet, lure others to her cause and lied to FBI investigators.
LaRose was arrested after returning to the US in October 2009 on a charge related to the theft of a US passport, according to court documents.”

And this is just totally insane; we’ve got this IDIOTIC and loony city by the bay, San Francisco. While the city is having over half a billion dollars financial shortfalls, those progressive and leftist members on the board, are doling out millions of dollars, to help bailout a going broke LGBT Center.
“Eight years after opening with great fanfare, San Francisco's city-subsidized, $12.3 million Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center is on the verge of foreclosure - and is asking the cash-strapped city for a $1 million line of credit to help bail it out.”

This is something that is supposed to be financed by private donations and charities, not taxpayer moneys, and let alone, when the city is about to lay off thousands of city workers and having its Muni (metro) systems going under, possibly stranding hundred and thousands of bus riders everyday.

That is why folks, I do not support federal bailouts for California, because the money will slowly be creeping back, into this loony and LIBERAL city to help bailout insane projects like these.

LGBT Center looks to San Francsico for bailout
Eight years after opening with great fanfare, San Francisco's city-subsidized, $12.3 million Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center is on the verge of foreclosure - and is asking the cash-strapped city for a $1 million line of credit to help bail it out.
And from the looks of things, the center will probably get it.

The thinking: The city has already spent about $5.7 million on the building at Market and Octavia streets and needs to "make sure it doesn't go under," said Supervisor David Campos, who along with fellow gay Supervisor Bevan Dufty is seeking approval of a $1 million "mortgage relief" fund.

Even that, however, might not be enough to save the center.

Capt. “Cruela/Bligh” Holly Graf; U.S. Navy Fires Female Naval Commander, for Cruelty and Maltreatments of her Crew Members:

Capt. “Cruela/Bligh” Holly Graf; U.S. Navy Fires Female Naval Commander, for Cruelty and Maltreatments of her Crew Members:
By Marc Chamot

A modern day Mutiny on the Bounty within the U.S. Navy has just occurred. A female Captain Bligh, Cruela DeGraf, or PMS Graf, got the scorn from all 400 crew members on board, of the naval ship she commanded.

All the jokes began pouring in over the Internet, I can imagine, things like, “Don’t make her mad on her PMS days,” “Captain Bligh, 2008 female version, is off the coast of Japan.” Where’s Fletcher Christian when we need him!”

When I saw this story today, I just couldn’t stop laughing about it.

Apparently the navy was too slow to act on Capt. Holly Graf’s dismissals after three anonymous complaints, but they quickly took action after the blogosphere exploded, with critical stories and jokes, about this malicious and wayward sea captain. This is Power of the Internet FOLKS!

“Cruela” or “Bligh” Holly Graf, whatever you want to call her, a naval commander, on a Japan based guided missile cruiser the USS Cowpens, was fired for subjecting her crew members to “cruelty and maltreatments” She would humiliate, belittle, and cuss, spit, scream and throw things at people in fits of rage.

All of the Internet anger that were expressed in navy blogs and elsewhere, over this woman’s antics, they were directed more towards the navy brass, for putting such an insane and incompetent person in charge of a U.S. Naval Ship.

From the Washington Post: The Navy has fired a foul-mouthed captain who was dismissed for subjecting her crew to "cruelty and maltreatment" aboard a warship in the Pacific.

Capt. Holly Graf, commander of the USS Cowpens, a guided-missile cruiser, was relieved of duty Jan. 13 after an investigation found she cursed so much at her 400-member crew that even the sailors -- no strangers to four-letter words -- were intimidated.

According to the Navy inspector general's report released this week; officers complained that their captain humiliated them in front of the rest of the crew by calling them "idiots" and "stupid" as she spat a stream of obscenities. One noncommissioned officer said Graf treated him like a toddler, forcing him to take a "time out" by standing alone in an empty watch room.

Although verbal abuse would hardly put Graf among the worst tyrants ever to command a ship at sea, her former crew members have been exacting mutinous revenge in recent weeks by posting hundreds of anonymous comments on the Internet that describe her as "Horrible Holly," as well as a modern-day Captain Bligh. Graf's has been highlighted in much of the criticism.

One Web site, http://www.militarycorruption.com/index.html, called her "an incompetent and unstable 'politically correct' poster girl for all the super feminists at the Pentagon and the U.S. Naval Academy."

Graf has also been accused on the Web site of endangering sailors' lives by engaging the Cowpens in a "drag race" with a destroyer, the USS John S. McCain, near Okinawa, Japan. The inspector general's report confirmed that the race had taken place last year but concluded that allegations Graf had endangered the Cowpens were "unsubstantiated."

The Naval Inspector General's office launched its investigation of Graf in June after receiving three anonymous complaints. Of the 36 sailors who were subsequently interviewed, 29 said she had verbally abused them, according to the 50-page report. Crew members cited an "environment of fear and hostility" on the Cowpens, with one saying, "21 years in the Navy and this is the poorest climate I've ever seen."

Investigators upheld other allegations against Graf, including that she abused her position for personal gain by forcing sailors to walk her dogs and by compelling a junior officer to play piano at a Christmas party at her house.

Graf took command of the Cowpens, based in Yokosuka, Japan, in March 2008. Navy officials said she had declined all interview requests since being relieved of command. She did not respond to an e-mail seeking comment for this article.

Big Tribute to my Fellow Bloggers & Supporters, we’re all Making a big Difference & Change is Coming, Because of YOU!

A Big Tribute to my Fellow Bloggers & Supporters, we’re all Making a big Difference & Change is Coming, Because of YOU!
By Marc Chamot

The Marc Chamot Report has prided itself for over 39 raving reviews, from fellow Internet bloggers and peers. It means so much to me, and I will render equal gratitude’s in this blog posting.

When I started blogging around June 2007, I began as a San Francisco conservative blog, but it bored me to death, so I decided to go national.

Once in a while, I like to sit down and listen to conservative talk radio. In the San Francisco Bay Area, we’ve got the great KSFO. They carry the usual El Rushbo and Sean Hannity.

Even though I’ve been extremely critical of those two in the past, I’ve been very critical of Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity, I’ve lost some of my very right-leaning readers over it. It seems with these people they take it personally when someone criticizes these two, like “how you dare to criticize the kings of conservative radios?”

But to me, I don’t give a hoot. When you read most right-wingers blogs, they are always full of smart-alecky, smirky and anti-Democrat innuendos, rather than talking about issues and solutions, it’s all tit for tats with Democrats kinds of stuff, while failing to recognize their own Republican Party’s shortfalls and ills happening to our country. That’s the problem, rhetoric’s are not only coming from the Democrats far-left, and it’s also coming from Republicans far-right.

Since 2005 to 2007, around the time I began my blogs, I was an avid Hannity and Limbaugh listener, but with these two, it was Democratic Party bashings every day, while approving every thing that the Republicans were doing, including the very lame and former President George Bush, while our nation was descending into an economical and jobs Armageddon.

They were both too busy bashing Democrats, while ignoring their own party’s incompetence’s and shortfalls. Their avid supporters today will ignore these facts, they will never admit to it, and when other middle of the road conservatives bring it up, they lash back at you, just like left-wing liberals do. They don’t want anything to do with you.

That’s why the Marc Chamot Report is popular among the middle. Most of my avid readers are either just right or left of the middle, and they also represent the majority of Americans in political thinking, so the very loony far-left and the crazed far-right usually don’t have any tolerances for my blogs.

Which isn’t surprising, that’s why both, the Democratic and Republican Party, have been having massive exoduses of former Party members going Independent. Because of this, we’re winning the battle, while they are losing, just because they like to keep their heads dug in deep within the sand.

Soon after I began my blogs, not much after, maybe around the early part of 2008, I joined the Entrecard Networks. Entrecard.com was and still is awesome! Most of my traffic, and awesome fellow blogger friends, and links, all came from Entrecard.com. But as time have gone by, I’ve grown, gotten better, and more prolific on Google, now with Google searches, they are dwarfing my traffic I get from Entrecard, but Entrecard still gets them into my blogs without fail every day.

So going back to talk radio, I listened to conservative Mark Levin show yesterday. I’m not too fond of Mark Levin either, but he’s doable and pretty informative. Yesterday he was off; he had Michael Berry out of Houston’s KTRH news radio sub for him.

I was very impressed with Michael Berry; he talked about us, you and me, Facebook and bloggers in general. His segment was about people getting engaged politically, and not leaving politics to politicians.

He mentioned that on mediabias.com, 80 percent of mainstreams media and journalists, all write and vote for the Democratic Party and their causes. What we’re doing now, is we’re leveling the playing field in public opinions on the Internet.

Michael Berry also mentioned that we are making a big difference in politics. It’s the first time I’ve ever heard someone admitting that bloggers are making a big difference in American policies, and blocking bad ones from ever passing, like the Obamacare fiascos. This is something I’ve been saying for the past two years, that we bloggers, are the new sheriffs in town, and policy makers over American politics. We are all getting engaged politically.

And Michael goes on to say, it doesn’t matter is you have 10 readers that read your blog periodically; this is ten more people that will listen to your ideas and opinions, and that’s very influential indeed. He also says the most effective blogs, are like Michelle Malkin’s, they take news, opinions and spin it with common sense and FACTS, she can influence millions, she has the equal power of about four to five U.S. Representatives. Awesome!

It’s all about who’s more credible to the readers. So if you’re a political blogger like me, don’t give up just yet, you can be influential and help make changes happen.

And now for my grand finale! This is first ever on my blogs, a big salute to my fellow bloggers, those who have been outstanding great Americans, those who have been very supportive of me, my friends, blogs that I read on a regularly basis. In order they came to me:

I will begin by giving my blog honors to my best friend out of Arkansas, Jason Hall at No Really, What Happened. I think he’s the only right-winger Republican who tolerates me. I can still remember the drawn out dog fights we’ve had about minimum wages and unions. He finally convinced me that unions were bad, but he never convinced me on minimum wages, which I support adamantly. He’s a great American and a true conservative!

Then I will mention my very longtime net buddy I met on zimbio.com over two years ago. He’s a great friend, and has a great opinionated blog at patriotickle. “True Americans have compassion, family values, American values, integrity, unequalled intelligence, honor, and love of our Constitution (to the death if need be); oh yes...and...we work for our money. True Americans know life is not certain. True Americans know life has challenges and hardships, and that no other can make us "better", or "happier"; these are tasks left up to the "individual". True Americans know life is risk, and that no one can grant safety to an individual...except...the individual.”
This guy has always been there for me, and without him, I would have given up long ago. He’s a great American and a true conservative!

Then there is my good buddy Bobo, at the Bobo Files “driving the left loonier-Welcome to The BoBo Files - a blog run by an evil conservative clown. Like any clown the discussions here can be serious, sarcastic, and occasionally a little witty. If you can't take the occasional heat, this is not the blog for you! Come back again, ya hear!" This guy has gone out of his way to help promote my blog. He’s got great stuff himself, like the Bobo’s Carnival of bloggers, and great informative news and opinions; he’s truly a great American blogger and a true conservative!

Then there’s this wonderful lady at Lily’s Licorice, she’s been a tremendous supporter of my blogs. Even though her blog isn’t very political, she supports my voice avidly on the Net; she’s also a very blessed and a very wonderful lady. Please meet Kristie Glascock at Her Facebook. She’s a truly wonderful American! Thank you!

And then there’s my very good friend politicus. He’s definitely a little more left than I am, he’s not liberal, and he’s a very loyal and gifted blogger. “We are reformed (real) conservatives. The Bush years have completely cured us of any desire to vote for any Republican, with the notable exception of Ron Paul. We will and do take the side of what we consider being right, but not right wing and will unabashedly write about and trash anybody, or anything that we consider to be corrupt, unpatriotic, evil, or even environmentally irresponsible. At the same time we will support with all our might causes and people dear to our heart. We will not shy from almost any issue and subject, from straight U.S. and World politics, elections, campaigns, to health and environmental issues, as related to our political environment. You can fully expect strong doses of political incorrectness here, all in the interest of preserving what’s left of our democracy. Visit us often and tell your friends about us.” Politicus used to be on Entrecard, and I miss him a whole lot. He’s got common sense and great postings, and bloggers like him make America move. He’s truly a great American too!

There is also this very wonderful couple at askcherlock.com. They are also more to the left politically than I am. They do have great postings on politics; they are also very popular to both, liberals and conservatives. I miss them too, they were on Entrecard also. They are very wonderful people, and big supporters of my blogs. They are both, truly great American bloggers!

I saw Paul of paulthepoliticalpundit on linkrefferals. He left me a couple of wonderful referrals, one on linkreferrals and the other on Entrecard. I found his blog to be truly amazing and I asked him to link up immediately. I truly enjoy his conservative blog, he’s a little to the right than I am, I’m very proud to have him as a friend. Paul is another great American conservative blogger!

And now, there is my other new found friend, Jonathan Lancaster at taxtipsfordemocrats. He’s definitely a conservative like me; “Do Democrats have to pay taxes at all? The Obama administration doesn’t seem to think so. I aim to track political elitist DemocRat tax cheats and spread the word as they continue to raise our taxes and steal the future of the next generation. Big debates are at hand, and what to do about massive tax increases and job losses. Feel free to voice your opinion. Feel free to laugh, too. Change comes faster amidst the chuckles. Now, about me, I am married, now living in the Midwest and the proud parent of an 8-year old Wolf Scout. Life is good, even though my job has evaporated and our home value has sunk. This is the new American Dream; just surviving the hard times is good enough. It also reminds me of what is really important: God, family and peace of mind. I was trained as a journalist and never had any particular reason to write while I was making a great living doing something else that did not require union membership. With some time on my hands I have found it exciting and worthwhile. I even have a suspicion that in some small way it can also matter. For those that need to know: I only play Guitar Hero 2 on the Medium setting. That’s just the way I roll. I appreciate comments, adore links and thoroughly enjoy meeting new people." Here’s another wonderful American blogger and a real conservative!

And now there’s my pal at Freedomfromthepress. He’s got a fast popular growing blog. He’s got real awesome political topics, and he’s got me beat on some subject matters. I forgot how I discovered him, I think it was through Google researching on a topic, I was so impressed with his site, I immediately asked to link up, and he did! We’ve been blog buddies ever since, he’s another great American conservative blogger, and he’s very anti-media, just like me!

And then we’ve got a wonderful Christian pastor/blogger like Faith and Facts. Dr. Bruce’s BIO
Doing as well as hearing the Word of God occupies the center of my life. I am committed to my family, church, community and country. My politics will typically run toward the conservative in fiscal areas and toward the liberal in social issues, despite my strong pro-life stance. When others do not agree with me I am happy to engage in civil discourse that debates ideas and their merits but have no patience with those that substitute personal attacks for reason.

People with double-standards are a pain in my rear. Shouldn’t we apply the same standards and logic to both sides of an issue? Shouldn’t we hold politicians in our own party to the same standard we hold those in the other party? Shouldn’t we criticize those we like when they err? I have been critical of church leaders and churches from both ends of the theological spectrum. I have blasted politicians on both sides of the aisle.

I work with a variety of non-profit groups that focus on helping people; especially women and children. I have two favorites at the moment.

The Belen Area Food Pantry feeds about 300 families per month. $9.87 feeds a family of 4 for about a week. It is the best investment $10 you will ever make.

Casa de la Fe (website pending) is a missions group my daughter has started that focuses on Peru and Belize. We raise money to assist groups already in country as well as some direct action. Providing clean water, limited solar power and medical needs are the top items on the list right now.

After planning on a career in law, I have been a pastor of Baptist churches for almost 30 years. I grew up Methodist and some church members have never forgiven me for it. Some folks from New Mexico have never forgiven me for being born in Texas either. I played basketball in college but three spinal surgeries have put an end to most sporting activities. My wonderful wife, Penny, is more than I ever deserve. And yes, the doctorate is earned.

The Bible instructs believers to engage culture as salt and light. I look forward to the dialog in this forum to discuss just what that means.”

Bloggers like Dr. Bruce help keep our Jewish-Christian traditions alive. He keeps our charities going, and help keep our American traditions and good name alive, world-wide.

Dangerous Precedents; Banning of Sexual Predators Internet Laws, Could Lead to More Internet Bans & Ceasings of Opposing Voices:
By Marc Chamot

California is working on a new bill to ban sex offenders from online social networks, and including blogging.

They want to bar sexual offenders from using Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and so forth. Their very intentions are for making the Internet safer for children, to help thwart sexual predators from flocking into the Web, and looking for victims. Citing horrific cases in which predators use the Net to assault underage children, when they meet online.

Assemblywoman Norman Torres, Democrat, Pomona of LA County, introduced the bill last month. It would make it a crime for any of California’s 63,000 registered sex offenders to use any social networking sites.

Assembly bill 2208 is similar to the one passed in Illinois’, and it’s without New York’s requirements for these people to register their e-mails and online aliases. Which New York’s did, and 3,500 sex offenders were purged from MySpace and Facebook by Internet companies, and were placed under watch list on others.

San Francisco DA Kamala Harris is the key sponsor, and a wannabe California state attorney general, who acknowledged that the measure isn’t a fail safe system. It’s a deterrent for sex offenders who don’t want to land back to jail.

Being a conservative libertarian myself, a freedom of speech fanatic, and also an avid anti-crime buff, I have a big problem with all of this.

And Once Again, it comes down to parents, not the STATE, to enforce kids’ safety on the Net.

For starters, if parents monitored their kids on the Internet like they should, it would alleviate most of the problems. And secondly, there are filters available, to help protect kids from these kinds of things.

I can’t stand anybody who molests kids, but these kinds of Internet laws are illegal and very dangerous to freedom of speeches everywhere. Let me explain, I want to regulate sexual predators just like the next guy, but what’s to say, if it goes even further than that?

For example, first banned are Internet sexual predators, then it goes towards others, maybe, an ex-felon with minor problems, an accused IRS or state tax cheats, or being behind your TAXES, DEBTS, and or anybody who happened to have a streak of bad luck, or even a DUI, or even behind on child support, might all be targeted.

It could also lead to anybody who’s been sued. It’s a very dangerous precedent indeed. I have been very critical of our government and a few wayward and loony local and federal judges on my blogs. It could be me someday; and it could be YOU too, just to shut us up.

Not that we’ve committed any crimes, but the scenarios are there, unlikely things could occur in the future. You never know.

Look at what happened in New York. After the law passed, over 3,500 free voices were purged by websites. You can’t tell me that all 3,500 were looking for victims. It should be case by case, and catch these violators if they break the law, not by what they are.

And here again, we’re letting BIG BROTHER take responsibilities for IGNORANT parents! It’s just my opinion, what’s YOURS?

"There are two major developments, she says, that are new this year and insufficiently noted, but they're going to shape election outcomes in 2010 and beyond. First, Washington is being revealed in a new way.

The American people now know, "with real sophistication," everything that happens in the capital. "I find a much more knowledgeable electorate, and it is a real-time response," Ms. Blackburn says. "We hear about it even as the vote is taking place."

Voters come to rallies carrying research—"things they pulled off the Internet, forwarded emails," copies of bills, roll-call votes. The Internet isn't just a tool for organization and fund-raising. It has given citizens access to information they never had before. "The more they know," Ms. Blackburn observes, "the less they like Washington."-Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn

Dr. Rossiter says the liberal agenda preys on weakness and feelings of inferiority in the population; by creating and reinforcing perceptions of victimization; satisfying infantile claims to entitlement, indulgence and compensation; augmenting primitive feelings of envy; rejecting the sovereignty of the individual, subordinating him to the will of the government. http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=56494
