Regardless to popular beliefs, Marc Chamot is not anti-immigrant. Sure, I’ve had my anti-criminal Latino illegal alien rants here and then, riled against border jumpers, and I’ve raised hell over Chinese immigrants who come into this country, elderly ones, who end up using our social services, because they can’t make it on their own. A large portion refuses to learn English, they expect for city government to pander to them.

For example San Francisco have dozens of “Free Food” dispensaries who only cater to the Chinese immigrant community, even though many are financially able to afford their own, but public assistance abuses from Chinese immigrants in San Francisco, is very common and pervasive.

The majority of the handicaps parking placards abuses are by this ethnic group, their offspring’s take their elderly to DMV to apply for these free handicap parking placards, so that they don’t have to pay for parking spaces. It’s an abuse that is so common in San Francisco, and they get away with it. While the rest of us have to pay hefty parking fines, these abusers get off scot-free.

Having lived in San Francisco off and on since 1984, using the public transportations systems, I have been pushed, shoved and practically stomped on by these older, uneducated Chinese immigrants, who don’t know how to say “I’m sorry,” and don’t even look at you.

I’ve been brought up to have manners, and these people have NO MANNERS whatsoever, and believe me folks; I let them have an earful when they offend me.

What I’m going to say, the worst ethnic immigrant groups who come to America who don’t assimilate and refuse to learn English have to be the Chinese. It’s not a racist comment, it’s simply the facts.

The Hispanics in my opinion are one of the most wonderful people around, but they too refuse to assimilate. The problem I have with Latino immigrants, they demand rights that they don’t have, they demand citizenships that they aren’t entitled to, and these are my problems with this group.

But there is one group that I have total admiration and respect for, actually they have never become the brunt of my postings, there are no other foreign minorities that I have more love for than the Philippine people. They are the friendliest, and most sociable people on the planet that you will ever get to know.

I have statcounter, I get to find out where most of my readers to my blogs originate, Chinese and Hispanics never read my blog postings, and it’s understandable as to why, but the Philippines’ and their peoples are my number two readers outside of Americans. According to alexa.com

The Philippines’ that I have known and met are sociable, very intelligent and command the English language very well and they are very successful. If any immigrant deserves more to come to America, they are the Philippines’, and there is no doubt about it.

I truly believe deep inside, most of them support my anti-illegal aliens’ views, because they can’t come into the U.S. by crossing borders, they have to wait in line, just like everybody else, and it isn’t fair for illegal aliens who come across the Mexican border to be here and they get denied Visas. And it’s happening a whole lot, to the people who were side by side with the United States during World War II. We owe the Philippine people a whole lot.

After having said all of this, a tragic thing happened days ago. Over 57 people in the Philippines were brutally gunned down and murdered for political reasons. It broke my heart, because things like this should never happen in a country like the Philippines.

After these new confirmed reports, where women were sexually tortured and mutilated, I HOPE that all Philippines’ people’s who are going through grief and sorrow, will someday recover from it. I want for all Philippines around to know, that I am very saddened by your grief. And those poor women did not deserve these kinds of endings to their lives.

I HOPE that my fellow Philippines’ readers, bloggers and everybody else, PUSH your government, because this demands the DEATH PENALTY for these EVIL doers. I will support you all the way. DAVAO CITY, Philippines – Most or all of the 22 women among the at least 57 people massacred Monday in the southern Philippines were sexually mutilated, authorities said Friday.

"It was horrible. It was not done to just one," the justice secretary, Agnes Devanadera, said on national television. "It was done to practically all the women."

While work continued to identify all the dead, the National Union of Journalists of the Philippines said it appeared that 30 journalists and their assistants had been killed.

About a dozen of the victims were the relatives, lawyers or supporters of Esmael Mangudadatu, a local politician whose determination to challenge the entrenched Ampatuan clan in a gubernatorial election touched off the violence, investigators said.

The rest of the victims, perhaps as many as 15, happened to be stopped at a checkpoint along the highway in Ampatuan, a town in Maguindanao province, when the convoy of Mangudadatu supporters and journalists was stopped by police officers and militiamen loyal to the Ampatuans, investigators said. They were killed to eliminate witnesses.

Andal Ampatuan Jr., a local mayor who is suspected of having ordered the killings, turned himself in Thursday, protesting his innocence. He is expected to be charged with murder next week. Devanadera told the Philippine Daily Inquirer that Ampatuan's brother, Zaldy, and his father, Gov. Andal Ampatuan Sr., the clan patriarch, also were under investigation.

At least one witness, according to Devanadera, told investigators that Andal Ampatuan Jr. was on the scene giving commands but that it was not clear whether he fired a gun.

On Friday, Mangudadatu, leading a 50-vehicle convoy guarded by soldiers and heavily armed police officers, finally filed his certificate of candidacy to run for governor of Maguindanao – precisely what the others were on their way to do when they were slain.

After this story I posted on July 14th; Judge; Legal/Illegal Immigrants Can Sue United Sates Over its “Fees” & Congress to Allow Border Midwives to Legalize Birth Certificates for Mexicans: “Another lame headed, and idiotic, pro-immigration decision was made by Judge Thelton Henderson, to allow 400,000 immigrants from Honduras, Nicaragua, and El Salvador to challenge our federal Fees to being here on our land.They got a green light to go with their class action lawsuit, they are seeking to recover over $100 million in reimbursements for over paid fees; this judge agreed with them that the fees violated federal law.” It got picked up by Topix and numerous other anti-immigration forums; it made national news, and brought about angry uproars from around the country.

It now seems that Judge Thelton Henderson, made an about face on this decision, and decided that these immigrants cannot sue the federal government over these fees, because the Obama administration and congress had signed into law last month, requiring those fees to be paid.

Obviously, Americans all over were furious and angry, when they heard that legal immigrants who are here as guests, were complaining about having to pay these $80.00 yearly fees. It was an OUTRAGE, and obviously the government was listening to our ravings.

This I can say is a huge victory for bloggers and Americans who are sick and tired of illegal immigrants invading this country, demanding their RIGHTS when they don’t have any. And this was a defeat for pro-immigrants, who are totally bent in destroying our nation’s social ethnic fabrics and our immigration laws.

If immigrants want to live in the United States, they better respect our laws, and they better pay for this privilege. Bitching over eighty freakin’ bucks? If they can’t afford it, or don’t want to pay for it, get the heck out, go back to your whatever-land.

S.F. Chronicle Story: A federal judge in San Francisco said Monday that a law President Obama signed last month would probably change his mind about ordering refunds to hundreds of thousands of Central Americans who claim the United States overcharged them for the right to stay in this country.

U.S. District Judge Thelton Henderson declared in a 2007 ruling that the plaintiffs - about 425,000 immigrants from Honduras, Nicaragua and El Salvador - had made a strong case that the U.S. government had no legal authority to charge them $80 for fingerprinting and "biometrics services" each time they re-registered with immigration officials.

He declined to prohibit the fees at that time, saying the immigrants could seek refunds if they won their case. Plaintiffs' lawyer Linda Dardarian said the refunds could total $100 million.
At a hearing Monday, however, Henderson said he was inclined to uphold the fees because of a provision in the annual Homeland Security appropriations bill that Obama approved last month.
Drafted in response to his previous ruling, it appears to authorize the fee that the immigrants challenged, Henderson said.

Henderson did not issue a final ruling, however, and left open the possibility that he would order refunds of fees the government charged without actually providing any "biometrics services" - processing fingerprints, photos and electronic signatures to detect fraud.

Dardarian said officials generally perform those services only once but charge the $80 fee each time an immigrant re-registers, every 12 to 18 months.

U.S. officials approved entry for Hondurans and Nicaraguans in 1999 because of a hurricane, and for Salvadorans because of a 2001 earthquake, and have renewed their stays since then, under a law granting temporary residence to foreigners fleeing their homeland because of war or natural disaster.

The law limited each immigrant's one-time registration fee to $50. Immigration officials have charged the separate biometrics fee since 1998 to pay for identity and background checks.
Henderson said in his original ruling that the $50 registration fee included fingerprinting and background checks and that the law did not appear to authorize any additional fees. In the newly signed measure, he said Monday, Congress declared that the law had allowed biometrics fees since 1998.

Dardarian argued that the new law was unclear and should be interpreted according to Congress' original goal of imposing only a modest fee for a humanitarian program.

But Justice Department lawyer Brian Mizoguchi said the fee was a reasonable charge for services that benefit the immigrants by allowing them to avoid deportation. The plaintiffs, he said, "are seeking a windfall."

Well do you all want to hear something laughable? 56 Islamic countries want the United Nations in Geneva to declare attacks in print, photos or by cartoons on Islam, should be investigated and charged as hate crimes and blasphemy.

They are mounting a big political campaign, and here’s the funny part, it only pertains to Muslims and Islam, but not for Christians and Jews. It means that radical Muslims like Iran’s Mahmoud Ahmadinejad can still spew his anti-Jewish hatreds and tirades.

It also means that Muslims can still spill their terrorism, and attacks’ on world religions, while theirs are being protected by the United Nations. While most respondents on the Internet are looking at this as a serious ban on freedoms of speech, I’m looking at it, as a serious hypocritical and one sided view on religious protections over others.

You know how anti-Semite the United Nations is these days, and with President Obama’s reconciliations movement towards Muslims, it wouldn’t be surprising if it becomes a reality in the near future.

They screw with my religions, I’ll screw with theirs. Anyway, here is what I think of these radical Muslims, they can stick blasphemy where the suns don’t shine, and THEY can take these blasphemous photos to HELL with them too!

Here is the Associated Press Story, by Frank Jordans: Four years after cartoons of the prophet Muhammad set off violent protests across the Muslim world, Islamic nations are mounting a campaign for an international treaty to protect religious symbols and beliefs from mockery - essentially a ban on blasphemy that would put them on a collision course with free speech laws in the West.

Documents obtained by the Associated Press show that Algeria and Pakistan have taken the lead in lobbying to eventually bring the proposal to a vote in the U.N. General Assembly. If ratified in countries that enshrine freedom of expression as a fundamental right, such a treaty would require them to limit free speech if it risks seriously offending religious believers. The process, though, will take years and no showdown is imminent.

The proposal faces stiff resistance from Western countries, including the United States, which in the past has brushed aside other U.N. treaties, such as one on the protection of migrant workers. Experts say the bid stands some chance of eventual success if Muslim countries persist. And whatever the outcome, the campaign risks reigniting tensions between Muslims and the West that President Obama has pledged to heal, reviving fears of a "clash of civilizations."

Four years ago, a Danish newspaper published cartoons lampooning the prophet Muhammad, prompting angry mobs to attack Western embassies in Muslim countries, including Lebanon, Iran and Indonesia. In a countermovement, several European newspapers reprinted the images.

The countries that form the 56-member Organization of the Islamic Conference are now lobbying a little-known Geneva-based U.N. committee to agree that a treaty protecting religions is necessary. The move would be a first step toward drafting an international protocol that would eventually be put before the General Assembly - a process that could take a decade or more. The proposal may have some support in the General Assembly.

For several years the Islamic Conference has successfully passed a nonbinding resolution at the General Assembly condemning "defamation of religions." If the treaty was approved, any of the United Nations' 192 member states that ratified it would be bound by its provisions. Other countries could face criticism for refusing to join. Just last month, the Obama administration came out strongly against efforts by Islamic nations to bar the defamation of religions, saying the moves would restrict free speech.

"Some claim that the best way to protect the freedom of religion is to implement so-called anti-defamation policies that would restrict freedom of expression and the freedom of religion," Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said. "I strongly disagree." But there are signs the United States is worried by the Islamic Conference campaign. Behind the scenes it has been lobbying hard to quash the proposal, dispatching a senior U.S. diplomat to Geneva last month for talks described as akin to trench warfare.

"The U.S. presence can be significant in determining the whole destiny of the process," said Lukas Machon, who represents the International Commission of Jurists at the United Nations.

It’s really awesome folks! President Obama is getting the Asian folks into some sort of global warming treaties; “the United States and China have lent their support to achieving a legally-binding agreement at the Copenhagen climate talks next month, reviving hopes of a deal being reached.” Full Story Here: and then we’ve got this U.S. congress bickering over costly healthcare, while we’ve got Americans losing their jobs in droves, and now with this U.S. Department of Agricultures’ new report, saying that 49 million Americans are struggling to put food on their tables.

If I’ve EVER seen a government total disconnect, well this is it. It’s just mindboggling how this government is ignoring American citizen’s economical plights. Just last year Americans were struggling to feed themselves; it had jumped by 4 million to a total of 17 million and this year it’s at 49 million who are struggling to get some decent food on the table and it’s growing.

As the recession driven job losses continues, it has increased poverty, unemployment, and has fueled a surge of hunger in America, and these people are now considered as the new “food insecure” households. It is now reported that hunger in America has leapt to an atrocious 49 million, a 14.6 percent, and more than 1 in 7 in the American household are being affected.

Out of these, 17.2 million Americans are tragically poor, in which their food intakes have been dramatically been reduced. More than two-thirds of these folks are going days without minimal food intakes.

President Obama called this report as very unsettling and said it was particularly troubling, that there were more than 500,000 families in which children experienced hunger multiple times last year. And President Obama said he was committed in reversing this trend of hunger in America, and restoring job growth, to help relieve the economic pressures on people and their families.

But things are so bad for some of our brothers, in Lansing Michigan, welfare workers are seeing a new dangerous breed of “angry Americans.” As Michigan struggles being the highest unemployed state in the nation, state workers have been so overwhelmed by angry claimants, and are extremely worried about their own safety.

Out of work, money and patience
“At the DHS office in Macomb County, north of Detroit, lines have snaked outside the door, and workers worry what will happen when winter arrives. At a Detroit office, the line forms at 7 a.m., an hour before the building opens. A client frustrated by a long wait recently threw a chunk of concrete through a window.

Clients have even bypassed security guards and surprised workers in their cubicles. In the Detroit suburb of Warren, an angry client tossed her car keys at a caseworker, who ducked. The woman was promptly escorted away.

About 2 out of 10 Michigan residents receive some kind of state assistance. That's 400,000 more than a year ago, and staffing levels at public-aid agencies are only slightly higher than before the recession.

Terry Salacina, director of DHS field operations, says Michigan is still short 700 full-time field workers, and that's after the state hired more child welfare caseworkers to comply with a federal court order. It's also using federal stimulus money to add food-assistance specialists.

Even so, given Michigan's multibillion-dollar budget deficits, it will be tough to bring in reinforcements and to pay for more computers, phones and office space.

This month, seven caseworkers traveled to the state Capitol to plead with lawmakers for help. They asked for better security, more staff and help with the problem computer system.” But they didn’t ask for more money to help the needy folks, it was all about their safety.

Do you see the total disconnect folks? Do you see those very selfish government employees, who only think of themselves rather than us, the individual American citizen?

Did you see this too, Obama’s promises big things, but never seems to DELIVER; he’s in Asia pushing global warming while we're losing jobs and American hungry is RISING.

President Obama and this Democratic congress have also started pushing for Amnesty for illegal aliens, and Obama wants more H1B and H2B Visas for more foreign workers to come into this country, and grab whatever JOBS we didn’t. All while there are no jobs for Americans, and there is no food on the tables for all of those POOR 49 million hungry folks. That’s a REAL sorry ass government to be PROUD of, really.

There is no question that the pro-open borders, pro-illegal immigration, and Latino groups, who they called the Most Dangerous man in America to Latinos’, are rejoicing with Lou Dobbs resigning from CNN, as its opinionated news anchor.

Liberal groups have been pretty ruthless with Lou. They accuse him as a demagogue, and a xenophobia and so forth, but unfortunately a whole lot of us are, and we're becoming sick and tired of CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS infesting our cities and states with crimes.

We are millions on the Internet that believe the same things Lou does, and I for one have been in the forefront on criminal illegal aliens and anti-immigration attacks in my blogs.

Regardless what liberals and open borders groups think, Lou Dobbs is one of my favorite anchors and will always be.

Okay, I will admit that Lou Dobbs erred on the Obama birthing issue. With this alone, it united the open borders groups, Latino groups, with pro-Obama liberals, and the anti-birthing liberals, to inflict more chaos and mayhem for him. It may have led to a shooting attempt on his life and his wife’s life. And I think the birthing issue, was a real mistake for Lou, but not a disaster for him. We all make mistakes, when we go too far in our beliefs.

Regardless, if Latino groups believe that by Lou Dobbs resigning from CNN will be the end of the story, they better sober up quick from the Tequila, because Lou Dobbs will become a formidable foe. What the Independent movement is missing is a TRUE leader, and Lou Dobbs is the man that can make it happen politically.

Whether Mr. Dobbs decides to go into politics, or continue his career and get on with Fox News, either one would be ideal for him.

If these left-wing liberals believe that they have brought down Lou Dobbs, they’ve got a BIG surprise coming.

CNN has the lowest ratings out of all cable news networks, and Lou was kind of preaching to the choir there, but keeping his radio show, and latching on with Fox News, he can get five to seven times more viewership, and if these pro-illegal aliens Latino groups thought that Lou did a whole lot of damage to their groups, he can instill ten times what he did at CNN at Fox News or being a politician.

If my man Lou Dobbs ever does decide to run for politics, he would have the independent votes, including mine, available to him. And I’m sure there are equally many Republicans that would support Mr. Dobbs. Mr. Dobbs has name recognition for politics, the envy of most novice politicians who want to get into higher politics.

These pro-illegal immigration groups and left-wing liberals pulled every stunt in the book, to try and destroy an opinionated news anchor, regardless to his rights of free speech.

But these IMBECILES, don’t realize the backlash and consequences’ of their misdeeds, and they will pay for it later, so they better enjoy their Banda Music and drink up the Tequila, because soon, they will discover that Mr. Lou Dobbs isn’t the only dangerous man in America, it’s a million of us, like the Marc Chamot Report, and others, and they can’t SHUT US ALL DOWN.

After indebting our nation, and increasing our deficit to over trillion dollars on two stimulus’s, one for the banks (under former President George Bush), and the other 800 billion dollars for other Wall Street junkets, under President Obama. It seems that the people aren’t getting the trickle down effects of this money like promised.

It’s so bad, that the United Nations is intervening on the behalf of the homeless poor.

It’s a sad day when the United Nations have to come to America, and treat it like a third world country, because the poor, unemployed and the poorest are living in deplorable conditions.

We hear about shanty towns and squalors in poorer countries, but here in America, of what was once called the land of milk and honey, has become the land of the greedy, the fleecing, and milking the regular folks out of a good life.

It’s a real shame and a big embarrassment for this president and our U.S. congress, for a once considered in the forefront on economics, jobs, and the world’s wealthiest nation; it is now being lumped like every other poor nation of the world, like Brazil and Mexico.

Members of a United Nations are on a fact finding mission on RECORD homelessness, public housing, and massive foreclosures. This is the first ever official U.N. investigations into housing rights in the United States of America.

This mission is being led by a Special Rapporteur on the Rights to Adequate Housing, Raquel Rolnik, who says her office has been inundated with complaints from Americans.

Rolnik’s U.S. mission included stops Washington D.C., New Orleans, Chicago, New York, an Indian reservation in Pine Ridge, SD and Los Angeles.

In South Central Los Angeles, Rolnik listened to testimony from homeless mothers who are forced to live in unlicensed, for-profit run-down shelters, because the cities’ regular homeless shelters are full and with mile long waiting lists. These women are also forced to live in co-ed dorms and on bunk beds for $350 dollars a month! Most live in abandoned buildings, with no hot water, and leaky roofs.

Grant it, the United States does NOT grant the right to adequate housing in its constitution, BUT NEITHER does the GRANTING trillion of dollars in subsidies to Wall Street and the RICH.

In America housing is a market commodity, not a social concern politically. But in America, these two presidents and congress made corporate America, and Wall Street, NOT to become a market commodity and made it a big social concern.

Some critics are saying that this U.N. fact finding mission is a threat to American sovereignty, and would be better to investigate countries like Brazil, with their 20 million homeless.

I will SAY this to those critics, yes housing isn’t guaranteed here, but some of us who are going through tough times, SHOULD EXPECT more from our government, rather than the folks at Wall Street, right?

Updated Friday November 6th 2009: There is no doubt in my mind now, that Major Nidal Malik Hasan had perpetrated Islamic terrorism on one of our military bases yesterday.

And yes, I’m afraid that radical Moslems have infiltrated some sectors of our military. Especially this one who came from the ranks of Major, the same guy who was heard by some witnesses screaming “Allahu Akbar!!” God is Great, while he was doing his killing sprees.

Reports are saying also that Hasan was Palestinian, from Palestinian parents, but yet it’s not known if he was born here, or became a naturalized U.S. citizen.

Actually, it’s more insane than that; even the military don’t know too much about this man that they’ve made Major, just one rank below Colonel.

Some tell tale signs that Nidal Malik Hasan was a terrorist are slowly coming to light:

Through interviews of other military personnel that knew Hasan, they are not painting this guy to have been a model American military man. For instance, he bad mouthed the U.S. military for being involved in two wars, the Afghanistan and the Iraqi wars.

He was a devout Muslim, who authorities, six months ago, believed that Hasan was posting on the Internet about suicide bombings, and other threats against the United States. With this alone, should have been a reason to arrest, dismiss, or suspend this man from the military, until thorough investigations were over.

Under former president George Bush, it would have happened, but unfortunately under this president, Barack Obama who supports appeasements with terrorists did not.

What bothers me the most is that there are some liberal Medias out there that are saying Hasan really cared for the men he treated as a psychologist, but if he really cared for our own men and women in the service, would he have gunned down 43 people, killing 12 and wounding 31?

The only questions I have, what is President Obama’s new direction in dealing with terrorism going to be? And what is the military going to do with other Muslim extremists who are hiding within their midst?

A high ranking army officer opened fire at a U.S. Army base in Fort Hood, Texas today, unleashing a stream of gunfire that left 12 people dead and 31 wounded.

Authorities killed the gunman, and apprehended two other soldiers suspected in what appears to be the worst mass shooting at a U.S. military base.

A law enforcement official identified the shooting suspect as Army Maj. Malik Nadal Hasan. The official said Hasan, believed to be in his late 30s, and was killed after opening fire at the base.

The official says investigators are trying to determine if Hasan was his birth name or if he changed his name and converted to Islam at some point in his life.

Cone said the soldier used two handguns in the attack. It was not clear if the gunman had stopped to reload.

Okay folks, here we go again. Have radical Muslims infiltrated our military? What make this tragic event more sinister are the apprehensions, the arrests, of two other suspects.

We’ve been talking about possible terrorism in America for a while, but these types of military killings through infiltrations are pretty common in Iraq and Afghanistan.

This will bring about a whole lot of new questions as the weeks go by, what are radical Muslims doing in our military? Are they properly being screened, and are they getting thorough background checks? Are we doing enough to keep those radicals out of this country?

If it is, this may possibly be Obama's three AM phone call, what is he going to do about it? It could define him or break him as a president.

The Human Rights Watch Organization is in deep doo-doo these days. People are wondering how a non-profit 501 (c) (3) can legally exist in America, when they are actively promoting RACISM and anti-Semitism?

This once unique world watch organization has been infiltrated by pro-Arab, Hamas, and Hezbollah terrorists groups, who are anti Israel, anti-Jews and Jew haters as a whole, mainly with the likes of their Middle East Director, the none other, American RACIST, Sarah Leah Whitson.

Before she joined this organization in 2004, she was on the board of the New York chapter of the anti-Israel, pro-Palestinians Arab American Anti-Discrimination Committee.

She’s been doing a whole lot of fundraisings for the organization, and it’s taken her to the Middle East, mainly to countries who despise Israel or want to hurt it, like Saudi Arabia.

Human Rights Watch needs to shake up its staff

Last month, Robert Bernstein, the founder and former longtime chairman of Human Rights Watch, issued a stinging condemnation of the organization for its maniacal anti-Israel bias. This was only the latest blow to HRW’s credibility on Israel-related issues.

It started when I reported that HRW’s Middle East director, Sarah Leah Whitson, had taken a fundraising trip to Saudi Arabia. Appearing before Saudi elites, including several government officials, Whitson appealed for support for its coverage of Israel’s alleged human rights violations in Gaza and its battles with “pro-Israel pressure groups in the U.S., the European Union and the United Nations.” Whitson dismissed criticism of her junket as “racist.”

The Saudi trip opened the floodgates, leading an army of bloggers to investigate HRW’s staff. The organization’s objectivity was called into serious question.

It turns out that when Whitson joined HRW in 2004, she was serving her second term on the board of the New York chapter of the anti-Israel, pro-Palestinian Arab-American Anti-Discrimination Committee. In 2002, at the height of the second intifada, she organized and attended a lobbying mission to U.N. Secretary Kofi Annan to support the Palestinian side and condemn Israel.

She’s also a self-described big fan and admirer of the fanatically anti-Israel polemicist Norman Finkelstein, an anti-Israel extremist and avowed Hezbollah supporter. Not surprisingly, one of Whitson’s first acts at HRW was to support the international boycott of Caterpillar for selling equipment to the Israeli army.

Whitson’s deputy, Joe Stork, publicly supports the use of boycott, divestment and sanctions against Israel. Stork’s only obvious credential for the HRW position was his two decades of experience as a vitriolic, leftist, anti-Israel polemicist for Middle East Report.

Perhaps most embarrassing, bloggers discovered that Marc Garlasco, HRW’s military analyst and a frequent critic of Israel, was an enthusiastic collector of Nazi memorabilia, prone to making comments on Internet discussion boards like, “The leather SS jacket makes my blood go cold it is so COOL!” (Garlasco has been suspended pending an investigation.)

Several other HRW Middle East division hires have been anti-Israel activists, including a writer for a Web site with the charming name Electronic Intifada. There are, needless to say, no HRW Middle East employees with a similar record of pro-Israel activism.

None of this would matter if HRW, in practice, showed a penchant for strict neutrality. Instead, HRW focuses disproportionately on Israel; accuses Israel of “indiscriminate bombing” of Lebanon and Gaza; and reports rumors, gossip and hearsay from Palestinian sources as facts.

When critics point out errors, omissions and biases in HRW’s reports on Israel, its officials don’t just refuse dialogue, they respond with contempt. HRW Director Ken Roth claims that “we report on Israel. Its supporters fight back with lies and deception.”

In short, if HRW wants to regain its credibility, a housecleaning is needed. HRW’s board needs to send Garlasco, Roth, Whitson, Stork and the rest of the current crew packing.

HRW can then bring in some sincere human rights advocates without anti-Israel ideological priors to staff its Middle East division. Or, HRW can continue to preach to the leftist, anti-Israel choir. But it shouldn’t expect anyone else to pay attention.

So why isn’t anybody initiating an IRS review on HRW over their non-profit statuses?

With its anti-Israel agendas, this organization is seriously violating its tax-exempts under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Who are currently eligible to receive contributions deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.

According to the Better Business Bureau, the Human Rights Watch (HRW) does not meet the following 2 Standards for Charity Accountability.

Standard 1: Oversight of Operations and Staff - Organizations shall have a board of directors that provides adequate oversight of the charity's operations and its staff. Indication of adequate oversight includes, but is not limited to, regularly scheduled appraisals of the CEO's performance, evidence of disbursement controls such as board approval of the budget, fund raising practices, establishment of a conflict of interest policy, and establishment of accounting procedures sufficient to safeguard charity finances.

HRW does not meet this Standard because it reports that no member of the board is assigned the responsibility of serving as the treasurer of the board of directors. In general, the board's treasurer helps provide independent oversight of the organization's finances.

Standard 18: Privacy for Written Appeals & Internet Privacy - Address privacy concerns of donors by (a) providing in written appeals, at least annually, a means (e.g., such as a check off box) for both new and continuing donors to inform the charity if they do not want their name and address shared outside the organization, (b) providing a clear, prominent and easily accessible privacy policy on any of its websites that tells visitors (i) what information, if any, is being collected about them by the charity and how this information will be used, (ii) how to contact the charity to review personal information collected and request corrections, (iii) how to inform the charity (e.g., a check off box) that the visitor does not wish his/her personal information to be shared outside the organization, and (iv) what security measures the charity has in place to protect personal information.

HRW does not meet provision (b)(iv) of this Standard because the privacy policy on its website, http://www.hrw.org/, does not indicate what security measures the organization has in place to protect the personal information of visitors to its website.

The organization meets the remaining provisions of this Standard.

Gavin Newsom, a former San Francisco city supervisor, current mayor, and a once aspiring California political candidate, had let left-wing issues drag him down, which totally destroyed his chances of ever becoming governor of California or anything else, pretty much.

Back around 2003, when former San Francisco city supervisor, now current San Francisco mayor Gavin Newsom was running for mayor, I warned him, that if he had any further aspirations for state politics, like governor, he better watch what he does in San Francisco.

I wasn’t the only one warning him about it, he was told by a number of other people about the complexities, on how right leaning moderates, and conservative voters are in the state of California, where Republican governors have a huge record over Democrats in the past two decades.

He, as well as other San Francisco liberals chose to ignore those big statistics. No liberal from San Francisco has ever made it in any state wide elections.

It’s basically you’re judged by what you do in San Francisco kind of thing, before you get the more moderates, and conservatives in the state to even take a look at you.

San Francisco liberals are only dependent on political offices that are geared to their districts, take Nancy Pelosi for example. If Pelosi’s congressional seat were a state wide election, instead of being district elections, she would never be elected.

Usually those San Francisco lefties have very few state and federal elected positions available to run for, unless someone gets termed out within the state.

In the federal level though, they are pretty much taken for the moment, with Barbara Boxer, Dianne Feinstein and Jackie Speier of San Mateo; all of these women are career liberal politicians, it will take a massive earthquake to remove them off their districts, it will take their areas for to sink into the Pacific Ocean, just to get rid of them.

But Gavin Newsom was no dummy, he thought he knew better than the EXPERTS, so he devised a plan that would get him the homosexual votes and the Latino votes statewide to offset the state’s conservative voters.

After he got elected in 2004, the first thing Gavin did was re-enforcing San Francisco’s sanctuary policies for criminal illegal aliens, he pushed for the SFPD and the probation department not to report the arrestees to the federal government, ICE. He let the city self deport them if they ran afoul of the laws, but they were basically shielded in San Francisco.

This went on until June 22, 2008, when a former MS-13, Edwin Ramos an illegal alien, and gang member murdered three members of an innocent San Francisco family, the Bologna family, which made national news and has been the center piece of my blog stories.

Since that killing Mayor Newsom changed his mind, and then demanded that all of criminal illegal aliens be turned over to ICE.

The board of supervisors and he, were also warned by me, about shielding criminal illegal aliens, it could someday lead to a killing like this, and it would eventually topple their sanctuary status through legal means.

But they all ignored me, it lead to innocent deaths of a father and his two sons by an illegal alien, MS-13 gang member. But the voters in the state of California knew that about Gavin Newsom, it was his first strike.

Then there was his 2004 homosexual marriages affairs, on February 20th, just a little over a month after being elected, he allowed homosexual marriages to take place in San Francisco, even though it was against the state laws at the time. It brought up the rest of the state and the nation up in arms over it. And that was his second strike.

He even went against proposition 8, the state initiative to ban homosexuals’ marriages, strike three.

When all of these things happened, I had warned mayor Newsom that his governor’s ambitions for California were pretty much over, out and DOA. But he arrogantly persisted to run for governor anyway, he brought in former President (toxic) Bill Clinton, and all he got during that fundraising event was a paltry 13 donations for $5,000! He even tried to copy Obama’s Internet campaign magic, which fell flat for him too.

This was when he discovered his big mistakes and dropped out recently from the governor’s race, because of very low poll numbers, low numbers of supporters and he couldn’t raise any money. Gavin Newsom was only able to raise a total $1.2 million dollars, compared to former governor’s Jerry Brown’s $7.4 million.

And the moral of the story is?

After going to bat for California’s Latinos and homosexuals’ marriages, risking it all, the governors’ office and a possible illustrious federal political career, for their causes, and only raising $1.2 million, was a BIG political BLUNDER.

This is big PROOF for politicians to ponder about, if you pander to one group or another, they don’t necessarily come back and support you. It also shows that you got to work with every voter from every spectrum, not just pander to certain groups if you want to make it in politics these days. Umm…. do you hear that Mr. Obama, U.S. congressional Democrats and Republicans, do you all get it?
