What International Incident? Roman Polanski Needs to Face Our Justice Systems For Unresolved Child Molestation Charges:
By Marc Chamot

If he gets away with this now, then it means that any other foreigner can come here and do what they want, commit crimes then run away when they don’t like our punishments.

The arrest of film director Roman Polanski by the Swiss was an awesome day for children in America. Two countries, France and Poland want to make his arrest for past molestation charges in the U.S. into an international incident.

But I’ll ask, what international incident, eh? The only international incident I know of is a thirteen year old girl was molested by a grown film director, who ran away from justice. That’s the international incident I’m concerned about.

I don’t care if Roman Polanski is a great film director, or has the French and Polish governments backing him. He’s going to have to face our justice for his unresolved molestation charges of a thirteen years old girl back in LA around 1977. He’s still got that 32 years old statutory rape charge he’s been hiding away from all of these years.

He knows too well he had committed a crime, because during those thirty-two years, he’s intentionally avoided every nation who had extradition treaties with the United States in purpose.

I don’t care if he’s made great movies since then; crimes against younger children like this should not be PARDONED, and just because this person is backed by two countries and is considered more important than anybody else it’s NO EXCUSE.

If he gets away with this now, then it means that any other foreigner can come here and do what they want, commit crimes then run away when they don’t like our punishments.

The film festival internet ad that led to Polanski's arrest 31 years after he fled
AN INTERNET advertisement boasting Roman Polanski's attendance at a small film festival in Zurich at the weekend was the catalyst for the international operation that has sparked a diplomatic incident in Europe - and landed the director in custody 31 years after he fled the US.
While the Los Angeles District Attorney's office - which prosecuted Polanski in 1977 for the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl - said Polanski's travel plans were ''no secret; they were selling tickets to it'', the Polish and French governments have flagged a joint approach to the US to have the film director released.

The Swiss Justice Ministry said yesterday that Polanski, 76, could be released on bail under strict conditions that he did not flee Switzerland. Poland's President, Lech Kaczynski, said he was ''surprised'' by the arrest of Polanski, a Polish-French national, and that he planned to speak with US officials about the case, adding that they are ''devilishly difficult'' to deal with.

The French Minister for Culture, Frederic Mitterrand, described the arrest as ''absolutely horrifying''.

The Polish and French foreign ministers, Radoslaw Sikorski and Bernard Kouchner, discussed the arrest by phone and agreed to seek the intervention of the US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton.
Polanski's arrest, conducted on Saturday by Swiss police when he he arrived at Zurich airport, has also angered and mystified artistic and film circles in Europe, where it is widely known that the Paris-based Polanski travels widely and relatively freely.

While he has carefully avoided countries that have extradition treaties with the US, Polanski owns a ski chalet in the Swiss resort town of Gstaad and the organisers of the Zurich Film Festival said they had no qualms about inviting the Oscar-winning director as a headline guest and to collect an award for lifetime achievement.

The Swiss film screenwriters and directors association called the arrest ''a judicial scandal which will tarnish Switzerland's reputation around the world''.

Polanski has been working on a film version of The Ghost, a political thriller by the English writer Robert Harris.

The author told Sky TV that he was stunned by the arrest: ''He has travelled freely throughout Europe and in Switzerland; filming has been based in Germany. He has just come back from a holiday in Greece.

''I'm amazed this should happen now, and I cannot begin to fathom what reason lies behind it.''
Yesterday, the Los Angeles Times reported that a senior legal source had confirmed that there were at least half a dozen ''near misses'' when authorities had learnt of Polanski's travel plans but he had changed them.

The decision to take Polanski into custody now sparks extradition proceedings to force the director to face the child sex charge he pleaded guilty to in 1977 - and which he has battled for more than a year to have dismissed in the Los Angeles courts.

Swiss justice officials said yesterday that if he agrees to the extradition he could be sent to the US within days but, according to his legal team, it is highly unlikely he will agree.

One of his lawyers, Herve Temime, quoted in Le Figaro, said he planned to fly to Switzerland with Polanski's wife, the actress Emmanuelle Seigner, to seek the director's release.

The sudden move by the US has riveted continental Europe, where debate has centred around the length of time passed and reporting of the fact that Polanski's victim, Samantha Geimer, now a mother of three, has made clear she supports the director's push to have the case dismissed.
Famous both for his movies and the horrific murder by the Manson Family of his first wife, the actress Sharon Tate, Polanski was charged with raping and sodomising Ms Geimer, an aspiring model, during a photo shoot at Jack Nicholson's house in 1977. Polanski was offered a plea bargain, pleading guilty to unlawful sex with a minor in return for the dropping of rape, sodomy and other charges.

He served 42 days in prison for pre-sentence ''diagnostic testing'' and was released, but on the eve of his 1978 sentencing, he fled to Europe.

Obama for King! World Dictators like Moammar Khadafy Become More Comedians than Politicians at the U.N.:

Obama for King! World Dictators like Moammar Khadafy Become More Comedians than Politicians at the U.N.:
By Marc Chamot

Moammar Khadafy went to New York, dressed as a clown, in a long coffee colored robe, while addressing the United Nations. It was all praises for “King Obama!”

When he first got to New York, he quickly discovered that Americans weren’t in a forgiving mood. This sand jockey couldn’t find a place to pitch his exquisite and lavish tent.

Unfortunately for this former terrorist, this desert camel jockey, who former President Ronald Reagan sent the U.S. Air Force, to bomb a few of Moammar Khadafy’s tents in Libya where scores of his family were killed.

This former terrorist, who was behind numerous terrorism activities in Europe, including the TWA bombings over Lockerbie Scotland, but after that U.S. bombing on his own home turf, where Khadafy got his clock cleaned out, and then slowly became part of the world community.

But unfortunately for dictators like Khadafy, they don’t know much about real democracy. He suggested at the United Nations that we should take a cue from his governing style and make President Obama, president for life. I’m sure that Obama and his followers, and anti-constitutionalists would LOVE that.

These leaders, UNCONSTITUTIONALISTS and despots like Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, Kim Jung IL, and Moammar Khadafy, they all have shown how far backwards their leaderships have taken their nations, now they want to tell us how to run ours. They are all among the world’s poorest, most violent and the least productive nations in the world. So for Moammar to make such an idiotic statement, just makes it more embarrassing for himself and laughable.

This is the mindset we’re all dealing with, and this is the type of mindset that our own president wants to work with.

But overall, Khadafy's speech at the U.N. was more comedic than serious.

Here are some of Khadafy’s funny moments at the U.N.: “We Africans are happy, proud that a son of Africa governs the United States of America.” These are the ones I practically dropped to the floor laughing: Obama offers hope for the next eight years, after that I’m afraid we’ll have to go back to square one.” “We are content and happy if Obama can stay forever as the President of the United States.” “The United States had taken a turn for the better, in fact, I appreciate it so much, the rest of the world needs to give America a break and move the United Nations elsewhere such as Beijing or New Delhi.” “This place is a target, perhaps America will be targeted by a rocket.” “We want to relieve America from that worry.”

Oh well, it’s only Barack Obama and his loony friends. Right?

106 died since 1974 in Children’s Schools Due to Bullying, Report: it KEEPS going up & Schools/Officials are FAILING to Control these Bullies:
By Marc Chamot

It’s TIME to get tougher on these school bullies, let’s Bring ZERO-Tolerance on school bullying, NOW!

“Since 1974, about 106 kids and adults have been killed in children’s schools, elementary, middle, and high schools and it’s still climbing now. And an estimated 160,000 kids a DAY miss school, in fear of these scummy bullies, says National Education Association.”

When I was younger, I can remember when I was a casualty of school bullies, I can remember some of these fat, husky thugs, waiting for me in the parking lot after school, “hey Marc! We’ll be waiting for you after school.”

I couldn’t concentrate on my class work, with worries that at 3 PM, at the school bell ring, I was going to get my butt whoop by some husky, and a punk bigger than me.

Now fifty, but around the middle seventies, during my high school years, we at the time have NEVER heard of any kids bringing weapons to school. If I can remember there was a school shooting around 1974, this was the very first high school shooting in the United States.

Source Wikipedia: The Olean High School shooting was a school shooting that occurred on December 30, 1974 at Olean High School in Olean, New York, United States. The gunman, 17-year-old Anthony Barbaro, an honor student and member of the school's rifle team, indiscriminately shot at people on the street from windows at the third floor of the school building. Three people were killed and another 11 people were injured during the shooting.[1][2] On November 1, 1975, Anthony Barbaro hung himself in his prison cell at the Cattaraugus County Jail.[3][4][5]

Barbaro had a serious mental illness, but that wasn’t the problem, the problem is that he went nuts because of bullying, even though authorities tried to down play this notion, they didn’t want Barbaro to come out in court and say it’s the schools and their bullies’ faults.

But we know better now, almost every subsequent high school shootings since then have all been attributed to bullying.

Since 1974, about 106 kids and adults have been killed in children schools, like elementary, middle, and high schools and it’s still climbing now. No one is coming out with any ZERO tolerances on school bullying, actually it’s far worse now, a new study from by the University of Michigan shows that schools are FAILING miserably in controlling and weeding out these, menaces and dangerous trouble-makers to society.

According to the C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital national polls on children’s health, ONLY 26 percent of the parents are giving their school “A” grades in preventing bullying in their schools. And 38 percent of the parents would give their elementary, and junior high schools an “A” in controlling bullies in their schools.

It’s without a doubt; children affected by excessive bullying can have some deeper health problems, physical injuries, emotional problems such as depression, lower self esteem, anxieties, suicidal and killing thoughts, according to Dr. Matthew Davis, director of the poll, and associate professor of pediatrics and internal medicine at the University of Michigan. With America’s track records on school violence, neither local municipalities, the state, and nor the Fed are doing anything about these bullies.

An estimated 160,000 kids a DAY miss school, in fear of these scummy bullies, says the National Education Association. Since 1992, there have been 250 violent deaths in schools, both kid schools, and universities combined. Parents are very concerned about the safety for their kids and the bullying goings on in schools, and government is FAILING these parent’s kids Big-Time.

DOMS-Denied of Medical Services! IRS May Be Given Bone-Crushing Powers on Enforcing Healthcare Collections:

DOMS-Denied of Medical Services! IRS May Be Given Bone-Crushing Powers on Enforcing Healthcare Collections:
By Marc Chamot

Do you remember the plan that President Obama and the Democrats tried to pull through before their recess, the one that THEY didn't want you to READ? Yes, that one. The H.R. 3200, the one the Dems voted for in the house?

Well, Guess What?

"A substantial portion of H.R. 3200, the House health care bill, was devoted to amending the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 in order to give the IRS the authority to perform these new duties."

"When we thought that there were already bad news about Obamacare and the Democrats’ health care reforms, we’ve now got more distressful news. There was another sinister plot behind Obamacare and the Democrat proposed health plan reforms."

What’s got some people worried was in its proposed enforcement methods. The plan was to give the IRS sweeping powers to come down on folks harder, those who don’t pay up their fair share of their healthcare.

Now, the IRS already is, as most people call it, Americas’ goon squads, the investigative and collection agency for the federal government. The IRS is also known to have ruined many people’s lives and businesses, mainly through their cutthroat approach in targeting people with audits. Not only, that they have Mafia like loan sharking approaches in charging high interests for unpaid taxes, they are just too powerful as it is.

With their known archaic tax collecting techniques, they would be left in charge, by making sure that people pay up for their health plans, and their back-taxes, most likely using the very same cutthroat techniques that they have been using for years, and including charging folk’s excessive interest rates for back due health payments.

This is absolutely dangerous! What happens if you’re behind with your taxes? Will you get a big DOMS, Denial of Medical Services for your medical care from the IRS? What if it’s an emergency, a real life or death emergency, eh? It’s pretty scary to Imagine, I think?

While we’ve been looking to reform this beast of a government collection agency, here they wanted to give it more new powers to harass people, and possibly endangering their lives, by enforcing healthcare collections and unpaid taxes. People would be eaten alive by this dangerous agency and by this policy.

So Obama and the Democrats DID try to pull a FAST one on us, didn't they?

This would have been open season for more out of control money grab for the federal government. People, MUST say NO to these greedy powers and money grabbing political con-artists, tell them that their game’s up in the 2012 midterms.

Health care reform means more power for the IRS
By: Byron York Chief Political Correspondent Examiner.com

There's been a lot of discussion about the new and powerful federal agencies that would be created by the passage of a national health care bill. The Health Choices Administration, the Health Benefits Advisory Committee, the Health Insurance Exchange — there are dozens in all.

But if the plan envisioned by President Barack Obama and Congressional Democrats is enacted, the primary federal bureaucracy responsible for implementing and enforcing national health care will be an old and familiar one: the Internal Revenue Service. Under the Democrats' health care proposals, the already powerful — and already feared — IRS would wield even more power and extend its reach even farther into the lives of ordinary Americans, and the presidentially-appointed head of the new health care bureaucracy would have access to confidential IRS information about millions of individual taxpayers.

In short, health care reform, as currently envisioned by Democratic leaders, would be built on the foundation of an expanded and more intrusive IRS.

Under the various proposals now on the table, the IRS would become the main agency for determining who has an "acceptable" health insurance plan; for finding and punishing those who don't have such a plan; for subsidizing individual health insurance costs through the issuance of a tax credits; and for enforcing the rules on those who attempt to opt out, abuse, or game the system. A substantial portion of H.R. 3200, the House health care bill, is devoted to amending the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 in order to give the IRS the authority to perform these new duties.

The Democrats' plan would require all Americans to have "acceptable" insurance coverage (the legislation includes long and complex definitions of "acceptable") and would designate the IRS as the agency charged with enforcing that requirement.

On your yearly 1040 tax return, you would be required to attest that you have "acceptable" coverage. Of course, you might be lying, or simply confused about whether or not you are covered, so the IRS would need a way to check your claim for accuracy. Under current plans, insurers would be required to submit to the IRS something like the 1099 form in which taxpayers report outside income. The IRS would then check the information it receives from the insurers against what you have submitted on your tax form.

If it all matches up, you're fine. If it doesn't, you will hear from the IRS. And if you don't have "acceptable" coverage, you will be subject to substantial fines — fines that will be administered by the IRS.

Under some versions of health reform now circulating on Capitol Hill, the IRS would also be intimately involved in how you pay for insurance. Everyone would be required to buy coverage. The millions of Americans who can't afford it would receive a subsidy to pay for it. Under the version of the plan currently under negotiation in the Senate Finance Committee, that subsidy would come through the IRS in the form of a refundable tax credit. Under the House plan, the subsidy would come directly from the Health Choices Administration.

In either scenario, the IRS would be the key to making the system work. Before you could receive any subsidy, whether through the IRS or not, the Health Choices Administration would have to determine whether you are eligible for it. To do so, the bills under consideration would give the Health Choices Commissioner the authority to demand sensitive, confidential information from the IRS about individual taxpayers. The IRS would have to provide it.

Under current law, it is a felony for a government official to release taxpayer information in all but the most limited of circumstances. One such exception is for law enforcement; the IRS is allowed to give taxpayer information to prosecutors in criminal cases. The information can also, in some instances, be released to the Social Security Administration and the Veterans' Administration for the determination of benefits.

The health care bills would change the Internal Revenue Code to permit the IRS to give similar information to the vast, new health care bureaucracy. That means the personal tax information of millions of Americans would enter the system whether they want it to or not. "There's a mandate to buy insurance," says one Republican House aide. "You have to buy it. You have millions of people who can't buy it without a subsidy, so they will have no choice but to accept the subsidy in order to buy insurance, and then the Health Choices Commissioner will have access to their tax records."

"How many hands would this information go through?" asks a GOP source in the Senate. "What are the quality controls? This increases the risk of misusing this information."

Some versions of the bill even permit the release of confidential taxpayer information for decidedly less pressing reasons. In H.R. 3200, the IRS would be required to provide taxpayer information to the Social Security Administration for the purpose of helping Social Security officials find qualifying seniors who can then be encouraged to enroll in the prescription drug program. "There is no precedent for using taxpayer information for the purpose of identifying people to go out and advertise to them," says the House expert.

So far, there has been little substantive public debate about the integral role of the IRS in nearly every aspect of the various national health care proposals. But people who are closely involved with the process are deeply concerned about what they view as a massive, and in some senses unprecedented, expansion of the Internal Revenue Service.

First, they wonder whether the IRS can handle the new demands. "There is a sense at the IRS that their purpose is to collect revenue and not to implement all sorts of other programs," says a second Senate GOP aide. "Also, the IRS isn't necessarily great at doing what it does already. How is it going to determine whether 300 million people have health insurance?"

Second, they are concerned about anticipated abuse of the system. "You're going to have lots of fraud," says the House source. "People claiming lots of affordability credits or refundable tax credits. The IRS is not going to have the resources and expertise to police this stuff."

Finally, there is a third concern, more fundamental than questions of whether the IRS can handle the job: Should the IRS be involved in health care enforcement in the first place? As seen in the town halls across the country in August, many Americans are concerned about the coercive nature of the proposed national health care system. Handing the IRS the power to monitor every American's place in the system worries them even more.

Backers of the Democratic bills are betting that the handouts involved — giving people money to buy health insurance — will outweigh concerns about privacy and coercive government. Perhaps. But before Congress makes any decision on national health care, voters should know just what it will involve.

Who Are the REAL Pompous “Jackasses,” Kanye West, CNBC & ABC? Deplorable CNBC Race Baiting Again!

Who Are the REAL Pompous “Jackasses,” Kanye West, CNBC & ABC? Deplorable CNBC Race Baiting Again!
By Marc Chamot

CNBC, "What does an American black president have to do with a black singer interrupting a female white singer, to help promote another black female singer during the music awards? Unless it was some sort of RACE baiting the president again, eh?"

"Okay, so President Obama just had his Joe Wilson moment."

When Republican Representative Joe Wilson blurted out the “you lie” at Obama during the joint congressional speech in congress, the Democrats and a few traitorous Republicans came down hard on Wilson for his burst of anger over Obamacare.

In one of my postings, I had mentioned about President Obama’s foot in the mouth problems in the past, it’s no wonder that President Obama quickly forgave Wilson for his outburst. But these Democrats didn’t want to let the sleeping dogs lie, they wanted to rebuke and castigate this congressman for his words.

Now President Obama came out with his off the cuff remarks on Kanye West, while he was being interviewed on CNBC, which somehow ABC intercepted his OFF the record remarks.
The Sad truth is that Obama is absolutely correct on Kanye west’s assessment, Kanye West is a real true to life pompous “jackass” without a DOUBT.

It’s not the first time that this idiot had used high profile music awards to spew his political idiocies around, he made an ass of himself in the past with his anti-bush remarks, the “Bush doesn’t care about black people.”

And lately with his rudeness directed at Taylor Swifts during the VMA (music awards,) shows that this man is totally out of control. If anybody buys this imbecile’s music, it’s beyond me. At the VMA, you could even see poor Beyonce embarrassed as heck, as to what Kanye West was doing on stage.

So CNBC and ABC got Obama into the fray, because CNBC couldn’t keep an off the record comment from spreading all over. Well heck, we all make these comments once in a while, even I do. I’ll bet you’ll even find them on my blogs too.

With all the problems and chaos going on with this country: The problem I have with CNBC, why were the Kanye West incident worth asking the president of the United States for? This is asinine!

CNBC, "What does an American black president have to do with a black singer interrupting a female white singer, to help promote another black female singer during the music awards? Unless it was some sort of RACE baiting the president again, eh?"
I’d hate to imagine what would have happened if President Obama had answered differently, like “yes, Kanye was right, Beyonce did have the better music video.” It would have been professor Henry Gates all over again with us white folks.

Besides Kanye West, CNBC and ABC, they are ALL REAL Pompous Jackasses.

President's opinion of Kanye West sparks debate
NEW YORK – President Barack Obama's candid thoughts about Kanye West are provoking a debate over standards of journalism in the Twitter age.

ABC News says it was wrong for its employees to tweet that Obama had called West a "jackass" for the rapper's treatment of country singer Taylor Swift. The network said some of its employees had overheard a conversation between the president and CNBC's John Harwood and didn't realize it was considered off the record.

The network apologized to the White House and CNBC.

Harwood had sat down with the president to tape an interview following his appearance on Wall Street on Monday. Although they are competitors, CNBC and ABC share a fiber optic line to save money, and this enabled some ABC employees to listen in on the interview as it was being taped for later use.

Their attention was drawn to chatter about West, who was widely criticized for interrupting Swift as she accepted an award at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards to say that Beyonce deserved it.
During what sounds like informal banter before the interview begins, Obama is asked whether his daughters were annoyed by West's hijacking of Swift's acceptance statement, according to an audio copy that was posted on TMZ.com.

"I thought that was really inappropriate," Obama says. "What are you butting in (for)? ... The young lady seems like a perfectly nice person. She's getting her award. What's he doing up there?"

A questioner chimes in, "Why would he do it?"

"He's a jackass," Obama replies, which is met with laughter from several people.
The president seems to quickly realize he may have gone too far, and jovially appeals to those assembled that the remark be kept private. "Come on guys," he says. "Cut the president some slack. I've got a lot of other stuff on my plate."

E-mails shot around among ABC employees about Obama's comments, said Jeffrey Schneider, ABC News spokesman. Before anything was reported on ABC's air or Web site, at least three network employees took to Twitter to spread the news.

One was Terry Moran, a former White House correspondent. He logged on to Twitter and typed: "Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a 'jackass' for his outburst at VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT'S presidential."

When ABC News authorities found out about it, they had the tweets deleted after about an hour, Schneider said. Moran declined a request to comment.
But the news was out.

Harwood said there was no explicit agreement with the president that those comments were off the record. But he said it is broadcast tradition that such pre-interview chatter is considered off the record until the formal interview begins. Harwood is holding to that: He would not discuss what the president said before their interview and has no plans to do so on CNBC.

He said he was aware that it was likely someone outside of CNBC was listening to his conversation with the president.

"It's one of those things that's unfortunate," he said. "But I think it's an honest mistake."
There was no immediate response to requests for comment from White House spokesmen.
Twitter, a technology that's a natural tool for reporters who love to tell people what they know whenever they know it, has raced ahead in usage before many news organizations have developed policies to govern its use, said Richard Wald, a former ABC News executive and professor at Columbia University.

"You need to reinforce the sense that you have to verify before you publish," Wald said. "The policies may be very comprehensive, but they may not be adequate to the technology that news organizations have."

The incident is reminiscent of past "open-mic" incidents involving politicians. President Ronald Reagan, while waiting to make a speech in 1984, joked that he had outlawed the Soviet Union and that "the bombing begins in five minutes." During the 2000 presidential campaign, George W. Bush turned to running mate Dick Cheney to point out a reporter from The New York Times and used an obscenity to describe him.

"If you're sitting there with a microphone on, you don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy," said Kelly McBride, an expert in journalism ethics for the Poynter Institute. "If you're a governor or president, you know that."

She also questioned whether news organizations should be agreeing to go off the record with the president.

Judging by the things written by other Twitter users since West's action, Obama wasn't in the minority, she said.

"The president calling Kanye West a 'jackass' is perfect information for a tweet," she said. "In fact, that's the ideal format. You can do it in 140 characters. There's not much else to say."

RIP My Good Friend, Patrick Swayze; we will Always Love You and we’ll Miss YOU Dearly:

RIP My Good Friend, Patrick Swayze; we will Always Love You and we’ll Miss YOU Dearly:
By Marc Chamot

And the world loses another true HERO.

I don’t usually promote or write about singers, Hollywood actors, these political brats and actresses in my blogs. I’m no Perez Hilton, and actually I don’t give a damn about Hollywood, and their bratty actors and what they do. But like always, there is always an exception to the rules with me.

Patrick Swayze was an awesome human being; he was a very good man and a great actor. I enjoyed many of his movies; Ghost was probably the one I can think of as one of his best.

Patrick Swayze will surely be missed by his fans, and especially by this fifty-something dude, he fought cancer like anybody would and Patrick Swayze was, and will always be a TRUE American Hero.

Patrick Swayze dies at 57

LOS ANGELES — Patrick Swayze, the hunky actor who danced his way into viewers’ hearts with “Dirty Dancing” and then broke them with “Ghost,” died Monday after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 57.

“Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months,” said a statement released Monday evening by his publicist, Annett Wolf. No other details were given.

Fans of the actor were saddened to learn in March 2008 that Swayze was suffering from a particularly deadly form of cancer.

He had kept working despite the diagnosis, putting together a memoir with his wife and shooting “The Beast,” an A&E drama series for which he had already made the pilot. It drew a respectable 1.3 million viewers when the 13 episodes ran on the cable television station in 2009, but A&E said it had reluctantly decided not to renew it for a second season.

Swayze said he opted not to use painkilling drugs while making “The Beast” because they would have taken the edge off his performance. He acknowledged that time might be running out given the grim nature of the disease.
When he first went public with the illness, some reports gave him only weeks to live, but his doctor said his situation was “considerably more optimistic” than that.

“I’d say five years is pretty wishful thinking,” Swayze told ABC’s Barbara Walters in early 2009. “Two years seems likely if you’re going to believe statistics. I want to last until they find a cure, which means I’d better get a fire under it.”

A three-time Golden Globe nominee, Swayze became a star with his performance as the misunderstood bad-boy Johnny Castle in “Dirty Dancing.” As the son of a choreographer who began his career in musical theatre, he seemed a natural to play the role.

A coming-of-age romance starring Jennifer Grey as an idealistic young woman on vacation with her family and Swayze as the Catskills resort’s sexy (and much older) dance instructor, the film made great use of both his grace on his feet and his muscular physique.

It became an international phenomenon in the summer of 1987, spawning albums, an Oscar-winning hit song in “(I’ve Had) the Time of My Life,” stage productions and a sequel, 2004’s “Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights,” in which he made a cameo.

Swayze performed and co-wrote a song on the soundtrack, the ballad “She’s Like the Wind,” inspired by his wife, Lisa Niemi. The film also gave him the chance to utter the now-classic line, “Nobody puts Baby in a corner.”

And it allowed him to poke fun at himself on a “Saturday Night Live” episode, in which he played a would-be Chippendales exotic dancer alongside the corpulent — and frighteningly shirtless — Chris Farley.

A major crowdpleaser, “Dirty Dancing” drew only mixed reviews from critics, though Vincent Canby wrote in The New York Times, “Given the limitations of his role, that of a poor but handsome sex-object abused by the rich women at Kellerman’s Mountain House, Mr. Swayze is also good. ... He’s at his best — as is the movie — when he’s dancing.”

Swayze followed that up with the 1989 action film “Road House,” in which he played a bouncer at a rowdy bar. But it was his performance in 1990’s “Ghost” that showed his vulnerable, sensitive side. He starred as a murdered man trying to communicate with his fiancee (Demi Moore) — with great frustration and longing — through a psychic played by Whoopi Goldberg.

Swayze said at the time that he fought for the role of Sam Wheat (director Jerry Zucker wanted Kevin Kline) but once he went in for an audition and read six scenes, he got it.

Why did he want the part so badly? “It made me cry four or five times,” he said of Bruce Joel Rubin’s Oscar-winning script in an AP interview.

“Ghost” provided yet another indelible musical moment: Swayze and Moore sensually moulding pottery together to the strains of the Righteous Brothers’ “Unchained Melody.” It also earned a best-picture nomination and a supporting-actress Oscar for Goldberg, who said she wouldn’t have won if it weren’t for Swayze.

“When I won my Academy Award, the only person I really thanked was Patrick,” Goldberg said in March 2008 on the ABC daytime talk show “The View.”

Swayze himself earned three Golden Globe nominations, for “Dirty Dancing,” “Ghost“ and 1995’s “To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar,“ which further allowed him to toy with his masculine image. The role called for him to play a drag queen on a cross-country road trip alongside Wesley Snipes and John Leguizamo.”

His heartthrob status almost kept him from being considered for the role of Vida Boheme.
“I couldn’t get seen on it because everyone viewed me as terminally heterosexually masculine-macho,” he told the AP then. But he transformed himself so completely that when his screen test was sent to Steven Spielberg, whose Amblin pictures produced “To Wong Foo,” Spielberg didn’t recognize him.

Among his earlier films, Swayze was part of the star-studded lineup of up-and-comers in Francis Ford Coppola’s 1983 adaptation of S.E. Hinton’s novel “The Outsiders,” alongside Rob Lowe, Tom Cruise, Matt Dillon, Ralph Macchio, Emilio Estevez and Diane Lane. Swayze played Darrel “Dary” Curtis, the oldest of three wayward brothers — and essentially the father figure — in a poor family in small-town Oklahoma.

Other ‘80s films included “Red Dawn,” “Grandview U.S.A.“ (for which he also provided choreography) and “Youngblood,“ once more with Lowe, as Canadian hockey teammates.”
In the ‘90s, he made such eclectic films as “Point Break“ (1991), in which he played the leader of a band of bank-robbing surfers, and the family Western “Tall Tale” (1995), in which he starred as Pecos Bill. He appeared on the cover of People magazine as its “Sexiest Man Alive” in 1991, but his career tapered off toward the end of the 1990s, when he also had stay in rehab for alcohol abuse.

In 2001, he appeared in the cult favourite “Donnie Darko,” and in 2003 he returned to the New York stage with “Chicago“; 2006 found him in the musical “Guys and Dolls” in London.
Swayze was born in 1952 in Houston, the son of Jesse Swayze and choreographer Patsy Swayze, whose films include “Urban Cowboy.”

He played football but also was drawn to dance and theatre, performing with the Feld, Joffrey and Harkness Ballets and appearing on Broadway as Danny Zuko in “Grease.” But he turned to acting in 1978 after a series of injuries.

Within a couple years of moving to Los Angeles, he made his debut in the roller-disco movie “Skatetown, U.S.A.” The eclectic cast included Scott Baio, Flip Wilson, Maureen McCormack and Billy Barty.

Swayze had a couple of movies in the works when his diagnosis was announced, including the drama “Powder Blue,” starring Jessica Biel, Forest Whitaker and his younger brother, Don, which was scheduled for release this year.

Off-screen, he was an avid conservationist who was moved by his time in Africa to shine a light on “man’s greed and absolute unwillingness to operate according to Mother Nature’s laws,” he told the AP in 2004.

Swayze was married since 1975 to Niemi, a fellow dancer who took lessons with his mother; they met when he was 19 and she was 15. A licensed pilot, Niemi would fly her husband from Los Angeles to Northern California for treatment at Stanford University Medical Center, People magazine reported in a cover story.

Despicable IAAF! What a Way to Treat a Kid, the Caster Semenya Saga; Give this Poor Kid a Break!

Despicable IAAF! What a Way to Treat a Kid, the Caster Semenya Saga; Give this Poor Kid a Break!
Marc Chamot

IAAF is a Despicable Organization:

I think sometimes people can be pretty NASTY in the way they treat others. I’m talking about the 18 years old, with a rare hermaphrodite disorder, in how she was treated, and this should have NEVER become a sordid public affair.

“It's easy to get caught up in the sensationalized aspects of Semenya's tale, but let's not forget that she's still just a teenager who is now the centerpiece of an embarrassing worldwide scandal”

It’s despicable indeed for an "athletics" governing body to put a kid through these kinds of embarrassing situations, this poor kid, Caster Semenya, she's now totally embarrassed by those who questioned her sex status. Those people should be VERY ashamed of themselves, especially those idiots who brought up these complaints in the first place.

Through no fault of hers, she did what she had to do as a kid; and I don’t believe she did anything wrong. They BETTER reconsider and make it a whole lot easier for her, because of the turmoil they turned her life into. Africa is already tough for these poor people to get by, this is just totally unfair. They better leave her medals alone, and they better let her run again.

Is athletic competition worth that much to ruin a kids LIFE?

Caster Semenya, the 18-year old at the center of one of the biggest gender scandals in sports history, withdrew from a weekend race in South Africa amidst unconfirmed reports that her gender tests have revealed that she has both male and female sexual organs.

She was scheduled to compete in the 4,000 meters at the national cross country championships in Pretoria. Semenya's coach, Michael Seme, says his runner "isn't feeling well".

Yesterday, unsubstantiated reports from Australia and England said that Semenya's tests showed that she has no womb or ovaries and produces testosterone levels three times higher than a normal woman. The IAAF thinly denies the reports. (The organization's spokesman says he hasn't "seen" the results, which doesn't mean he hasn't "heard" the results. Nor has the IAAF come out and said that the reports are false.)

The Today Show aired a report on the Semenya situation this morning: It's another chapter in an unfortunate story. It's easy to get caught up in the sensationalized aspects of Semenya's tale, but let's not forget that she's still just a teenager who is now the centerpiece of an embarrassing worldwide scandal. No matter how things progressed to this point (and we'll get to that later), Semenya is a victim in this story.

But let's operate under assumption that the tests were accurate and that Semenya is a hermaphrodite. If so, then there are three main questions that will need to be answered soon:
1) Will Semenya be stripped of her gold medal?

Probably. It's hard to imagine that the IAAF would allow Semenya to keep the gold after what these tests reveal. The rules explicitly state that a "gender verification" situation has to be approved and overseen by medical authorities. Semenya didn't do this. Fair or not, a rule is a rule.

2) Will Semenya ever be allowed to run again?

Reading the IAAF rules, it would appear that Semenya would be allowed to run if her condition was treated. Whether or not she would want to is anyone's guess. But there's also a chance she could be banned from running based on the answer to the next question.

3) Who knew about this and when did they know?

We haven't gotten this far down the road yet, but the next logical step in the progression of this sordid affair is whether there was a coverup involved. Regardless of whether the intentions of Semenya and her handlers were nefarious, they had to know of her ambiguous gender. Not having ovaries isn't something that goes unnoticed. If they did, then at what point did this turn from an unfortunate medical situation into outright deception?

If Semenya was an innocent running without knowledge of her condition, then there's not much the IAAF could do other than strip her medal and advise her on how to regain eligibility. But if it can be determined that she knew she was running illegally (which would be tough to prove, but I'm starting to get the feeling that people knew -- how else would other coaches have known to order gender tests?) then there could be heavy sanctions down the road.

These questions will be discussed in the coming weeks and will be the center of attention when the IAAF officially releases its findings in November. If you thought the tale of Caster Semenya was strange before, it's just getting started.

The Michael Duvall Lunacy; are Some Female Lobbyists Resorting to Prostitution in the name of Special Interests?

The Michael Duvall Lunacy; are Some Female Lobbyists Resorting to Prostitution in the name of Special Interests?
By Marc Chamot

Most Americans have very low opinions about their politicians.

I used to have real positive attitudes towards American politicians, but it wasn’t until I witnessed, during my former employment with San Francisco’s corruptive newspaper magnates, the Fang family, with their corruptive connections, to former San Francisco Mayor Willie L. Brown.

There were all of those political clubs, illegal money launderings into political campaigns, and "Pay to Play," for JOBS and contracting deals.

Those eight years were a real eye opener for me, it showed me a whole lot of things that I never knew about American politics, and it also taught me that American politics is DIRTY and corrupt as HELL. Actually, this was the very reason as to why I began to blog the Marc Chamot Report.

Most Americans don’t have a clue in how corruptive American politics has become, and how these million dollars backroom deals are being made. It took someone like me, who’s been screwed and backstabbed by these filthy liars in the past, to come out and go against these trashy people.

While most Americans see their politicians at the same level of used cars salesmen, of course, as Marc Chamot, I see them as sub-species, breeds of some sort of canines. They are real sub-dogs, and that is a real insult to poor dogs everywhere.

I have no love for politicians in general, and my blogs will let you know it. And California Republican Assemblyman, Michael Duvall is another big reason as to why I despise these sorry bunches. Even though this story hadn’t made national news, but the Michael Duvall’s sorry story pretty much stayed within California.

This married conservative Republican, and family values, assembly speaker was caught boasting and bragging on tape about his sexual exploits and affairs with two Sacramento female lobbyists.

"He even described the spanking scenes in his conversations and so forth."

My BIG question is, how many issues has this SLOB voted for, in return for SEX from female lobbyists?

Number one, this guy is an absolute IDIOT, to be doing it and talking about such things during congressional sessions to someone else, while thinking his microphone was OFF when it wasn’t.

Secondly, I am now beginning to think, that there are some female lobbyists in political state houses around the country and in Washington DC, who are selling their bodies, prostituting themselves in the name of special interests. I really wouldn't doubt it, and nothing surprises me anymore.

This is the REAL problem with American politics now days, these dirt bags who people elect, and vote for, and place into political offices, they are just the worst kinds. And these people are running OUR country?

The Van Jones Racist Fallout; New York Times Once Again Ignores another Controversial Obama Race Story:

The Van Jones Racist Fallout; New York Times Once Again Ignores another Controversial Obama Race Story:
By Marc Chamot & Source: Byron York, Examiner.com

Back around former President Bill Clinton years, there were his lackeys in the media, CNN, better known as the Clinton News network. They were the premiere left-wing news network at the time. They were known to protect the president at the time from numerous negative stories that would affect his administration.

And now with President Barack Obama, we’ve got those lackeys at the New York Times. Twice now, they have totally ignored racial stories on Obama. The most influential Left-Wing rag in the nation, the one that you have to have an opened dictionary the read, the elite’s newspaper, the articles that also uses words as if you’re reading credit card, and sales contracts, the fancy one, yeah, that one.

Around March 2008, when Obama was candidate running for the presidency of the United States, the New York Times intentionally ignored Obama’s former pastor, the racist Jeremiah Wright’s racist sermons, for six whole months.

While at the time the “GD America” racist sermon set off a media firestorm, the Times acted like it was no big deal. And now, the Obama New York Times once again refused to cover another story, the one that led to the resignation of an Obama appointee, the “green Jobs” czar, and the ever black racist Van Jones.

It didn’t matter to the "New Obama Times," that Van Jones had signed a 2004 petition accusing the former Bush administration of being accomplices to the 911 attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon. He was also a self professed communist, he supported the release of cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, and he accused “white” polluters of steering poison into the people of color communities.

Despite mounting evidence, this Left-Wing rag also ignored the John Edwards; they hushed the affairs between a married Edwards and a woman he hired to produce campaign videos.

Besides the "New Obama Times," many of these news outlets are also ignoring newsworthy stories. There is a whole lot of bias going on, that’s for sure. They are ALL agenda driven Democrat “Lib’Ruls,” they want President Obama to succeed no matter what.

And now with my biggie, they will also go to the very extreme of eliminating links to negative Obama and Democrat stories from conservative bloggers, like the According to New Latino Polls; Amnesty/Pathway to Citizenship for 12 Million if Enacted; Obama & Democrats Would Gain 7.8 Million New Voters! "If we were to grant amnesty and pathway to citizenship for the approximate 12 million illegal aliens, the Democrat Party would gain an instant 7.8 million new VOTERS, while Republicans would only gain 1.44 million, if any."

My links were removed from Google searches. It’s obvious that there are a whole lot of “information for truths” suppressions’ wars going on, and there’s a whole lot of TRUTHS suppressing goings on with the Liberal media and even with search engines. But we’ve got to be very persistent.

And now with the Van Jones disgraceful resignation is a VICTORY for TRUTHS, for some TV networks, and the Web, but unfortunately, it’s a huge loss for Left-Wing media.

The “Times” have changed, and I’m not talking about the N.Y. Times, once these scheming mediums could kill stories, or just plainly ignore them and let the truths slide, but NO MORE. They are still trying, but it isn’t working for them.

Sleaze-Balls/Imbeciles of the Year! Daniel M. Snyder & the Washington Redskins; Suing Former Fans who cannot afford Season Tickets Due to Bad Economy:

Sleaze-Balls/Imbeciles of the Year! Daniel M. Snyder & the Washington Redskins; Suing Former Fans who cannot afford Season Tickets Due to Bad Economy:
By Marc Chamot

Last year around May 3rd, I wrote a popular piece, well actually, I was one year off in my predictions, about the state of the economy affecting pro-sports.

With the Sad State of our Economy: will the (NFL) National Football League bubble burst this Season & can people Still Afford their High Ticket Costs?
On Saturday, May 3, 2008

“What does the National Football League (NFL) and Major Baseball League (MLB) has to do with Marc Chamot’s political blog one might ask? The answer is very simple, a whole lot! It’s about our economy and it can be a tell tale sign on how our economy, affordability and people’s spending patterns are being done within the world of sports.

And the new NFL season is entering into new economic hard times never seen before. Going to professional sporting events are high-ticket items, it can be a luxurious expense that people can do without when they don’t have any extra money to spend. With the high cost of gas and food Americans in general are hurting.

The NFL is the most expensive and costliest sport in the world to keep and maintain. It’s the only sport on earth that keeps an average roster of over fifty players and large coaching staffs around. The NFL must sustain higher crowds per game to make a profit and stay alive.”

"Well, wholly and behold! It looks like it’s has finally hit the NFL this year. And I had no IDEA that they would ever stoop this low."

Look, I’m not a fan of pro-sports like I used to be, between the owners’ greed and their greedy players, it’s become a financial and fiscal behemoth for most sport fans to afford and absorb those extremely expensive price tickets.

I really don’t feel sorry for this sorry bunch, but there’s one team in particular that’s been making the news lately. It’s a team I never liked; it’s a team that has the sorriest fans in the NFL. It’s the Washington Redskins.

One year long ago, when I went to a San Francisco sports bar to watch the Redskins play my former L.A. Raiders, there were those hateful Redskins fans wishing that the Raider’s plane would crash. Yes, “I hope the Raiders plane crashes!” was one scum bucket’s comment to me.

I just can’t remember if he, or I went to jail that night for causing a bar melee after these spoken words. But, I’m just kidding folks! No one went to jail.

While Time Magazine likes to promote the “person of the year,” I will promote the biggest “sleaze-ball” and “imbecile” of the year on this blog posting.

Anyhow, with the economic situation the way it is, we’ve got this biggest idiot, the NFL Washington Redskins (Redmanures) owner, Daniel M. Snyder. This guy is suing his former fans, just because they can’t afford to keep and maintain their yearly $5,300 annual tickets.

This low-life even went after a 72 year-old grandma!

Pat Hill is the grandma who got sued, who’s been a loyal Redskin, (Redmanures) fan since the early 1960s. Last year this poor lady could no longer afford to pay those extravagant greedy NFL costs, for the two lodge seats she had at the end zone.

This lady asked the "Redmanures" to waive her contract for a year or two, due to economic hardships, these blood suckers refused. Not only that, the Redmanures has also sued 125 other ticket holders because of severe income losses caused by the recession.

So Pat Hill got sued for backing out of a ten year contract deal, the lady did not respond to the lawsuit, so the Redmanures won by default and were awarded a whopping default judgment of $66,364 for payment, interests, attorney fees and court costs for EVERY year through 2017.

What a real stand up guy is that dirty and greedy Daniel M. Snyder, and what a stand-up organization the Redskins are! Wahoo!

People are losing their freakin jobs, because of bad economic times, and this blood-sucking leech is going after them. WOW!

For Redskins Fans, Hard Luck Runs Into Team's Hard Line
By James V. Grimaldi
Washington Post Staff Writer Thursday, September 3, 2009
"

It would be hard to find a more loyal fan of the Washington Redskins than real estate agent Pat Hill. She's had season tickets since the early 1960s, when her daughter danced in the halftime shows at the old D.C. Stadium, before it was renamed in memory of Robert F. Kennedy.

In the hallway of her modest home south of Alexandria, the 72-year-old grandmother points out the burgundy-and-gold Redskins hook rug she made. In her bedroom, she shows off the pennants from two Redskins Super Bowl games she attended, and she opens a music box on her dresser that plays "Hail to the Redskins."

Now, Hill says, her beloved Redskins are forcing her into bankruptcy.

Last year, Hill's real estate sales were hit hard by the housing market crash, and she told the team that she could no longer afford her $5,300-a-year contract for two loge seats behind the end zone. Hill said she asked the Redskins to waive her contract for a year or two.

The sales office declined.

On Oct. 8, the Redskins sued Hill in Prince George's County Circuit Court for backing out of a 10-year ticket-renewal agreement after the first year. The team sought payment for every season through 2017, plus interest, attorneys' fees and court costs.

Hill couldn't afford a lawyer. She did not fight the lawsuit or even respond to it because, she said, she believes that the Bible says that it is morally wrong not to pay your debts. The team won a default judgment of $66,364.

"It really breaks my heart," Hill said, her voice cracking as the tears well and spill. "I don't even believe in bankruptcy.”

Pew Poll finds Congressional Approval Rating Hitting 24-Year Low; Republicans Still Unpopular & Independents Abandoning Democrats in Droves:

Pew Poll finds Congressional Approval Rating Hitting 24-Year Low; Republicans Still Unpopular & Independents Abandoning Democrats in Droves:
By Marc Chamot & Source: Bloomberg News Service

Could Independents be the KEY into the 2010 Midterms?

Pew poll find that congressional approval ratings is at 24-year low. It has fallen to its lowest level in more than twenty years.

While Democrats are sinking, Republicans are no better. Republicans still haven’t gotten the message on how to attract the majority of angry Americans who are not happy with the direction this country is heading. Only 37% questioned gave congress a favorable rating, a thirteen-point decline since April, and 52% rate congress unfavorably.

The Pew poll also showed that respondents still believe that Democrats would do a better job over Republicans in overhauling healthcare, by a 46% to 27%. 45 percent said they have more confidence in Democrats to 40% for Republicans. Fifty-five percent still have confidence in Obama’s ability in handling healthcare.

Still Democrats lead in confidence 42% to 32% on the economy, 47% to 25% on energy, and 44% to 31% on foreign policy. Poll also shows that Democrats still care more about general folks, than Republicans do by a whopping 51% to 27%.

Despite Democratic support slipped to 45 percent, fifty-two percent still says that they would vote Democrat. Good new for Republicans, their support edged up a little from 40% to 44%.

The biggest news of all! Independents, they now support Republican candidates over Democrats, 43% to 38%. There is no question about it. Independents are not happy with the way Democrats and congress is handling their business. The ones who were instrumental in helping Obama’s presidency, and past Democratic midterms, are NOW abandoning Democrats in droves.

Independents? Well heck! Those are my folks!

"There are two major developments, she says, that are new this year and insufficiently noted, but they're going to shape election outcomes in 2010 and beyond. First, Washington is being revealed in a new way.

The American people now know, "with real sophistication," everything that happens in the capital. "I find a much more knowledgeable electorate, and it is a real-time response," Ms. Blackburn says. "We hear about it even as the vote is taking place."
