President Barack Obama is Tapping into California’s Political Brain-Trusts, Even Though the State has been Seriously Mismanaged & is in Ruins:

Reality Check 101! President Barack Obama is Tapping into California’s Political Brain-Trusts, Even Though the State has been Seriously Mismanaged & is in Ruins;
By Marc Chamot
"They've got these top four Democrat women from California in Washington Politics & they're all a total failure in their home state."

Some powerful California Democrats in Washington, who are running this nation, want to tell President Barack Obama how to govern this country, while these Democrats have an abysmal record running their own home state. Every district that they represent in California is in some kind of economical, out of control illegal aliens and into crime ridden disasters. Especially, crimes that are being perpetrated by illegal aliens that they always LOVE to protect.

It sure makes me feel secure to know that President Barack Obama thinks that Californian politicians are the best equipped to help him run this ailing nation. There’s an old saying that my grandmother used to say, don’t clean up other’s peoples houses, unless you got your own home in order. In other words, these four California politicians should Clean-up their own act and their home state, before they go telling others how to clean up theirs.

The real scary thing is that we’ve got California senators like Dianne Feinstein on the powerful senate appropriations committee, and Senator Barbara boxer on the commerce. While Representative Barbara Lee is on the house appropriation committee and Nancy Pelosi is the ULTRA powerful Speaker of the House.
Overall, they all got themselves top cushy posts in Washington politics. All the while the state of California is in shambles, and the saddest thing is that these four worthless LIBERAL California politicians think that they can run this country and manipulate Barack Obama, just like they are doing in California with no real track record for success. “Yes They Can,” run this country into the ground just like they are doing it in California.

I have no doubt that California politics is historically lacking in communications skills, and in common sense, in lacking of intelligence and real leadership. It’s becoming a broken down state, both financially, and socially, with a social welfare system that keeps on supporting billions of taxpayer dollars in education, and medical care for its approximate 7 million Asian and Hispanic illegal aliens among other fiscal disasters.

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s fears of “a financial Armageddon” will strike next month is well founded. It’s because there’s that $42 billion budget deficit that they cannot get together in closing it, and there’s just no more revenue available to cover that deficit. California’s Real Estate industry has totally collapsed; it now leads the nation in total foreclosures, and it’s closing in to 10% unemployment, highest in the nation, and it is hurting the municipalities and the states methods of normal taxation. The truth of the matter, is those municipalities and the state ARE both OVER-SPENDING more than what they can AFFORD. They want to spend money in social services when there is no more money available for it.

And now there’s a whole lot of talk about us having to sacrifice something or other, Barack Obama’s speech about forgetting our petty arguments and ideological views, to better reach a common ground in solving issues.

I’ve GOT one BIG message for President Barack Obama about my sacrificing for something, actually, I’m not the only one who thinks this way, there are millions more of us scattered through out this vast land, called the United States of America, it’s going to be the day that WHEN HELL FREEZES OVER, before we sacrifice any of OUR benefits, or OUR way of life FOR ILLEGAL ALLIENS in America. That, I do understand, kabish?

California’s Fiscal Crisis; IOU’s a Bad Precedent for Taxpayers & State Debacle Mostly Due to Illegal Aliens Straining Healthcare Systems:

California’s Fiscal Crisis; IOU’s a Bad Precedent for Taxpayers & State Debacle Mostly Due to Illegal Aliens Straining Healthcare Systems that Democrats Support:
By Marc Chamot

California’s fiscal crisis is a classic case of what can go wrong with rampant runaway illegal immigration using our out of control health care systems for FREE.

California is going broke folks and it’s mainly because of their own making. State controller John Chiang warned Friday that he would delay 3.7 billion in state payments for February. A thirty days delay, because California Democrats cannot decide on a budget in a cash strapped state. The thirty day delay will keep the state from running out of money.

“It pains me to pull the trigger, but it is an action that is critically necessary. The fallout from issuing IOU’s and the state going into default would be long-lasting and something to be avoided at all costs,” said John Chiang

The prospect for the state in delaying tax refunds, and health disability payments to its citizens has got some Californians up in arms. “If the legislature screws up, it’s we who have to pay” said Peter Wilson, and paying you are my good man. Your bulk of tax dollars is going for the support in medical care for the 6 million, or so illegal aliens in California.

The real truth of the matter is that the Democrat led legislature refuses to part with the billions of dollars that finances healthcare for California’s illegal aliens.

California is the most populous state in America of illegal aliens, in both, Latino and Asians, and the only state in the union that’s suffering the most. It’s simple math 101 people, and there’s no need for rocket scientists to figure it out folks! Free medical care for illegal aliens breaks the bank, and final!

It’s another case of “Peter robbing to pay Paul.” So the American citizenry once again is victimized and has to suffer, because California Democrats prefers to use their money for none citizens, people that don’t have any right to be here, and also for people that don’t belong here, and taxpayers are sacrificing to foot their medical BILLS.

Despite California’s prolonged fiscal mess, the Republican Governor and the Democratic legislature have been unable to find common middle ground on how to close an expected $42 billion dollar budget deficit. The legislature, Democrats, are refusing to budge on the healthcare issue for medical expenditures, they want to keep on supporting public hospitals that care for illegal aliens in the state.

And in regards to IOU’s, it could set a bad precedent, because it could work both ways. So, when Joe taxpayer cannot pay his taxes he will be within his rights to send an IOU back to the state. Here’s back at you, you political buffoons!

Losing the Red Heat: Has the American Republican Party Lost its Groove?

Losing the Red Heat: Has the American Republican Party Lost its Groove?
By Marc Chamot

I have read a whole lot of blogs on the Net. There are many fine blogs around, both conservative and liberal. The thing that bugs me the most and what I have noticed is that conservatives are not as united on the Net.

There seem to be a sibling rivalry going on among conservatives on the Net to want to unify for common cause. The far left liberals and moderates, dominate the Net-ways far better than conservatives do. It’s something that’s been intriguing me for over a year and a half.

I don’t have a liberal view in my blood, but I may be a little too revolutionary at times for conservatives to like any of my blogs. Liberals and some moderates really like revolutionaries, while conservatives view them as troublemakers. It’s the snob thing that annoys me the most about Web conservatives as a whole.

That’s why the Republican conservative party GOT thrashed at the polls in the last two elections, since 2006. I am not talking about all conservatives; I’m talking about the ones with the money, the ARROGANTLY wealthy Republican conservatives.

You know which ones I’m talking about. The ones that like to follow the Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh’s of the world type of conservatives. The very same people that like to stick their heads into the sand; these are the same conservatives that when they stumble upon a dead horse, they’ll give you ten different reasons as to why the horse is still alive, regardless to the fact that horse is dead.

It’s never been truer that conservative talk show hosts Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh have failed us in a big way. For the past three years I’ve been listening to their radio shows, they never once criticized nor mentioned anything about the impending economic crisis. They have been so brain washed to despise democrats that they never saw any thing wrong within their own party of choice. They never criticized President Bush and the Republicans in power on some of their idiotic domestic economic policies that were leading us into this path of disaster.

I am amazed that many moderate liberals and right leaning moderates like my postings. It’s never been quite more evident as to who have been carrying some of my postings.

Through my backtracking on the links on my posted articles, and through my two syndicated networking sites, Newstex, and Blogburst. Quite many of my articles ended up in moderate to liberal mediums like Reuters, Chicago Sun, USA Today, Rocket News, Bloomberg, and a few others on their websites. And a few of my articles have also ended up on moderate and left leaning discussion boards.

Not one, not a single Republican conservative blogs or website have ever carried any of my postings, with the exception of my few conservative fellow bloggers on the Net that support what I write.

What this tells me, is that the liberals are far more organized on the Net than conservatives are. Liberals are more unified in common causes and are more open to new ideas, and that’s why they’re winning, in contrary to conservative beliefs.

Republican media hacks are still crying over spilled milk. They refuse to admit their weaknesses within the party. They still don’t understand that the old ways of doing business in America is no longer acceptable. A party that is massively too corporate, Wall Street driven, rather than we the people driven, Main Street folks like us, will keep them back for years.

Until the party changes their agendas and anti-American worker political ideologies, and their EGOS, there is nothing in the world that they can do to fix their tarnished image, But unless, of course, the Democrats fall flat on their faces. Even then, Republicans would be a tough sell for someone like me in the future.

There will be always an exception to this rule, naturally, there will always be Republicans winning key state races over Democrats in some areas. For example, in California, all Democratic candidates for the 2010 governor’s race don’t have a chance against a more moderate, conservative Republican governor candidate. Proposition 8 showed that. 22 out of last 26 years have been Republican governors in California.

Internet Business Reviews Triggers Defamation Lawsuit & Could Possibly Alter Free Speech on the Net:

Internet Business Reviews Triggers Defamation Lawsuit & Could Possibly Alter Free Speech on the Net:
By Marc Chamot & Source: Deborah Gage of the San Francisco Chronicle

A possible landmark case could chill free speech Online. A local chiropractor has sued a local artist over negative reviews published in San Francisco Yelp. Yelp is a popular website that rate businesses on the Web.

Norberg criticized Biegel’s billing practices and accused him of dishonesty with insurance companies Online.

“As a consumer, I have a voice and I can use it on forums made for sharing it, especially when I feel that the experience was unsatisfactory,” Says Christopher Norberg. Biegel said the reviews were malicious and in February sued Norberg for libel and invasion of privacy, which will likely go to trial in March in San Francisco Superior Court.

The case raises questions about whether people can use the Internet to express negative feelings about others. It could also set the liability standards for companies like Yelp who provide third party reviews.

In my opinion about the facts, I believe that Christopher Norberg went too far with his posting, and unless he has the PROOF about Dr. Biegel on his defrauding insurance companies, Yelp and he could have big legal problems with that published statement.

Rules of engagement in writing on the Net is the same as print media, it’s usually okay to write about your good and bad experiences with any individual business on the Net. But, never assume anything about anyone; defamation of character is not free speech. Calling someone crooks, thieves and other derogatory terms can be very damaging for you financially and your reputation.

S.F. Yelp user faces lawsuit over review

(01-07) 20:04 PST -- In a case that could chill free speech online, a San Francisco chiropractor has sued a local artist over negative reviews published on Yelp, the popular Web site that rates businesses.

Christopher Norberg, 26, of San Francisco posted the first review in November 2007 after visiting Steven Biegel at the Advanced Chiropractic Center on Valencia Street. In the six-paragraph write-up, Norberg criticized Biegel's billing practices and said the chiropractor was being dishonest with insurance companies.

When the chiropractor complained about the review, Norberg replaced it with a new entry a few weeks later that read in part, "I think that he is trying to scare me into removing a negative post (that might explain why he has only positive ones). I believe that he has been harassing me into shutting up, and I feel as a consumer I have a voice and that I can use it on forums made for sharing it, especially when I feel that the experience was unsatisfactory."

Biegel said both reviews were malicious and in February sued Norberg for libel and invasion of privacy. If the case isn't settled, it will go to trial in March in San Francisco Superior Court.
"I'm not looking for my 15 minutes of fame," Biegel said Wednesday.
"This suit was filed after a year of trying to resolve this. I am a proponent of free speech, but at the same time, individuals have a responsibility when they publish something as to the accuracy of it."

The case raises questions about whether people can use the Internet to express negative feelings about others and also about the long-term viability of businesses like Yelp that publish third-party reviews, even though Yelp - under the federal Communications Decency Act - is not responsible for the content it publishes.

"Sites that are seemingly well intended are turning into wastelands of defamatory and unspecified allegations," said Aaron Morris, a partner with Morris & Stone LLP in Orange County who is not involved in the case. "There needs to be some sort of blowback against unfettered speech. People should be able to go on and say, 'That's not a true statement about me, and I need to be able to attack this.' "

Norberg, who has a day job designing furniture, had no complaints about his medical care - only how much he was billed for it. In his original review, he wrote, "I don't think good business means charging people whatever you feel like hoping they'll pay without a fuss."

About two weeks later, Biegel wrote to Norberg saying that he was "saddened" by the review and that Norberg misunderstood standard medical billing procedures. Biegel said he asked Norberg to reconsider or remove the review.

"I did not do anything unethical or illegal in our entire dealings," the chiropractor said.
Instead, after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from Biegel's lawyer, Norberg replaced the review with a second posting that remains online.

Biegel's business has been hurt by the reviews, said his attorney, Eric Nordskog of San Francisco. "Although negative reviews are fine, there are certain statements that are false statements of fact," he said. "He accuses Biegel of dishonesty and of committing insurance fraud, which is a crime in California."

Norberg's attorney, Michael Blacksburg, called the reviews "opinion statements" and said that Biegel's business fell off after he filed the lawsuit because the number of referrals he got from Yelp dropped.

"Customers who use Yelp don't want to be another potential lawsuit defendant if they choose to write a negative review," Blacksburg said. "It has nothing to do with who's right or wrong - they're going to go with the chiropractor who chooses not to sue."

The Electronic Frontier Foundation, a local nonprofit that supports free speech online, is considering helping with Norberg's defense. Matt Zimmerman, an attorney with the group, said Biegel will get far more negative publicity from filing the lawsuit than from a bad review on Yelp. He said the foundation is seeing more and more cases of people trying to use the courts because they're unhappy with postings on the Internet.

"When people try to pull down unflattering material, it has the absolute opposite effect" of what they intend, he said. "It's very difficult to silence speakers on the Internet - it's a culture of people who don't like those kinds of attempts."

Stephanie Ichinose, a spokeswoman for Yelp, agreed. "Suing one of his patients over a single review (in light of the many positive reviews that he receives on our site) might end up tarnishing Dr. Biegel's reputation rather than enhancing it, not to mention the costs associated with litigation," she said in an e-mail.

Ichinose added that the site tried to head off the lawsuit by mediating the dispute because "both brought legitimate concerns to the table."

Meanwhile, Norberg has started a Web site, standforspeech.com, which has been visited by more than 2,500 people, as well as pages on Facebook and MySpace to raise money for his defense.
"I regret leaving myself so wide open," he said. "I might have taken a couple of days to think about what I could say, but it's Yelp. I experience something, go home and write about it while it's fresh in my mind, then I don't think about it again. If I waited a couple of days, I might not have put anything up."

Barack Obama Needs to keep his Campaign Promises; “Sanctioning Employers of Illegal Aliens, Tightening Border Security,”

Barack Obama Needs to keep his Campaign Promises; “Sanctioning Employers of Illegal Aliens, Tightening Border Security,” & Finishing that Mexican Border Fence Congress Promised:
By Marc Chamot

It’s going to be a very interesting president Barack Obama administration. It’s going to be one that we all come to witness whether he carries out his word or not. But this one will be of my utmost interest.

Why? Because we, supporters of that fence, anti-illegal immigration proponents want to see him carry out his words, or just watch him choke himself full of crow going down his BIG mouth.

Obama promised us securing the fence, so did our government who voted for these measures, we have laws on the books about illegal immigration, and it’s also the supreme LAW of the land.

Scofflaws usually land up in jail somewhere in America land. Being a working illegal alien is a scofflaw violation, and they are breaking our sovereign rights as a nation, and as well are breaking the laws of our nation.

Today’s San Francisco’s Examiner editorials couldn’t plainly tell it any better. Actually, that editorial is so well written, and it is so damn well written, it took the words right out my mouth. So, instead of telling it myself, it’s posted down below after the Barack Obama’s own crow words and promises to America when he ran for the U.S. presidency.

Yeah Examiner, keep telling it like it is.

From Barack Obama’s Own Words in his website:

"It is unconscionable to think that in a post-9/11 world we do not know precisely who is entering and exiting our country. Our homeland security requires that we know the identities of all people who cross our borders. In reforming our broken system, our efforts must be multifaceted and comprehensive."-- Statement, March 8, 2006

"I'm in favor of comprehensive immigration reform, which includes tightening our border security, sanctioning employers to employ undocumented immigrants, helping our communities deal with the costs that come from illegal immigration, getting the 12 million or so immigrants out of the shadows. That's very important to me.”

“After 9/11, we've got to know who's in this country. And then giving them a chance to pay a fine, pay back taxes, learn English and stand in line to be eligible for a legal status in this country."-- Democratic debate, April 26, 2007 http://my.barackobama.com/page/community/post/msmaeven/gGgjrG

It’s time to finish building the Mexican border fence
Examiner Editorial 1/4/09

Advocates of unrestricted immigration, environmentalists, some border state officials and even a few congressmen are pushing President-elect Barack Obama to halt construction of the 670-mile fence going up along the Mexican border — or even tear it down completely. Their urgings come despite Obama’s 2006 vote for the Secure Fence Act and the congressional immigration debate drama of 2008 that made it clear the public expects the fence to be built without delay.

The anti-fence forces are encouraged because Obama’s pick for secretary of Homeland Security, Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano, is one of them and may try to halt or further delay construction of the $2 billion barrier.

That would not be a good idea. Even though the souring economy has reduced illegal immigration to its lowest level in 30 years, some 2,000 people still enter the U.S. illegally every day through our still-open southern border.

The new administration should also use this temporary lull to crack down on the 45 percent of legal immigrants who overstay their visas. There’s plenty of unemployed Americans seeking work to fill the jobs left behind by those with expired visas.

The fence was supposed to be completed yesterday, but is still not done more than two years after Congress authorized its construction. The fence is nobody’s idea of a perfect solution to our uncontrolled immigration problem. In fact, the partially completed barrier stands as an ugly testament to government failure on a truly massive scale, all the way from the White House down to local officials in places like San Francisco who set up enforcement-free “sanctuary cities.”

The list includes the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol as well as other immigration officials who look the other way as our laws are repeatedly violated. It also includes members of Congress who failed to perform their oversight responsibilities, and federal judges who award the full panoply of taxpayer-funded government benefits to illegal immigrants.

There’s no way a sovereign nation can remain so for long if it cannot control its borders. Yet government officials insist on rewarding illegal immigrants despite recent studies, including one by the Heritage Foundation that demonstrated that the net cost to taxpayers exceeds their contributions to the national economy. In a deep and prolonged recession, America can no longer afford the luxury of self-imported labor.
